Antistatic Acetal Sheets

In addition to having a naturally slippery, wear-resistant surface, these sheets prevent the buildup of static charges. They resist expanding when exposed to heat and moisture, so they can be machined to close tolerances. They’re also excellent electrical insulators. Use them for conveyor components and other moving parts where static is a concern.

When static is a concern, machine your conveyor components, rollers, and other moving parts from these antistatic acetal copolymer rods. These rods have a naturally slippery, wear-resistant surface. They resist expanding when exposed to heat and moisture, so they can be machined to close tolerances. They’re also excellent electrical insulators.
