Durable doors that keep in heat—a solid foam core makes these sturdier and more insulating than hollow doors. Use them in interior or exterior doorways. For convenient installation, they come hung in a frame. All have a 2 _3/4" handle backset distance, which is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the door’s handle cutout.

To determine if you need a frame for left-hand or right-hand swing, stand on the side of the door where it swings away from you. If it opens to the left, it’s a left-hand door; if it opens to the right, it’s a right-hand door.

Painted Steel Doors—Steel doors come painted white for a finished look after installation.

Sound-Absorbing Single Doors

Keep conversations private. Thanks to their core made from sound-absorbing materials, these doors are more than twice as soundproof as typical hollow metal doors. While they block most everyday noises, louder sounds might still be faintly audible. For example, noise from heavy machinery or shouting won’t be blocked completely by these doors but will be significantly reduced. Use a door installation set (not included) to attach the door to the frame.

To determine door swing direction, stand on the side of the door where it swings away from you. If it opens to the right, it's a right swing door; if it opens to the left, it's a left swing door.

Sound Transmission Class (STC)—Sound Transmission Class (STC) is rated on a scale from 25 to 65 to determine how well a door, wall, or other building partition reduces noise. A rating of 49 means that you would not be able to hear people speaking on the other side of the door.

Stop flood water at the door. These doors have been tested to let in no more than 3 gallons per hour in water up to 3 ft. high.

Door frames are included with the door. Use door installation sets (not included) to attach the door to the frame. All doors have a 2 _3/4" handle backset distance, which is the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the door’s handle cutout.

Primed Steel Doors—These doors are covered with a primed coating to prevent rust.

Steel-Brace Core—For impact resistance, they're reinforced with internal steel braces.

ANSI/FM 2510—With a continuously welded frame and rubber gaskets around their perimeter, these doors seal out water to meet ANSI/FM 2510 standards for flood barriers.

Door Locking Bars

Protect your door from forced entry. These bars mount across doorways for extra security on top of standard door locks. Originally designed to secure office doors on construction sites, they’re powder-coated steel so they're strong and weather resistant. A cover keeps dust and debris from entering the lock, preventing it from freezing, corroding, and jamming. Fasten the mounts on each side of the door frame with the included hardware—only the bar is removed when unlocking them. They’re compatible with outward-swinging doors only.
