    Steel—Steel wheels are stronger than aluminum wheels.
    Aluminum—Aluminum wheels are lightweight and corrosion resistant.
    Stainless Steel—Stainless steel wheels have more corrosion resistance than steel wheels and greater strength than aluminum wheels.
    Acetal Wheel—Acetal wheels are abrasion resistant.
    Nylon Wheel—Nylon wheels are nonmarking and quieter than metal.
    Polycarbonate—Polycarbonate wheels have high capacities and good impact resistance.
    Fiberglass—Fiberglass wheels are stronger than nylon and withstand washdowns and harsh environments.
    Style C—Style C wheels have a hollow core, making them lightweight—use them to distribute the weight of a load evenly.
    Style D—Style D wheels are steel threaded. They’re designed for use in push-back racks where skids are pushed back and up the incline conveyor. Rather than riding on an axle, these wheels are bolted.

    Skate Wheel Conveyors

    Skate wheel conveyors are for light duty loading and unloading of flat-bottom objects.
    Note: Weight capacities are based on an evenly distributed load with at least one stand at each end for straight conveyors, and an additional stand in the center for curved conveyors. You can increase the weight capacity of a straight conveyor by adding a stand in the center. The length of the material you’re conveying should be at least three times the axle spacing.

    Clamp-On Framing and Fittings

    Fittings come in two pieces to clasp over rails, making assembly and disassembly quicker than our other framing. Use it to form temporary partitions, modular conveyors, and workstations. To assemble, clamp fittings onto the rail and tighten the included cap screw and nut. For permanent connections and added strength, fittings have a 5/32" hole to drill in an additional screw (not included).

    Connecting Bracket—Conveyor rail connecting brackets join small sections of conveyor together.
    Support Bracket—Conveyor rail support brackets secure the midpoint of a conveyor rail to a rail for extra support.
    Adjustable Angle—Conveyor rail brackets join small sections of conveyor together. Adjustable-angle brackets change the angle between two connected conveyor rail sections up to 45°. You’ll need a recessed-stop conveyor rail bracket (sold separately) to keep items from falling off the end.
    Flow-Through Bracket—Flow-through conveyor rail brackets are for use on the loading side of your application.
    Recessed-Stop Bracket—Recessed-stop conveyor rail brackets are for use on the picking side of your application.

    Flanged-Wheel Flow Rails

    The flange on the wheels separates and guides packages as they flow down the rails. Rails are a lightweight solution when you don't need a complete conveyor in confined spaces such as flow racks and assembly areas. The flange location is based on facing the unloading end of the rail.

    Fully Retracted

    Extend these conveyors more than 60 ft. to move items over long stretches and then retract them to a more compact 10 ft. for storage. Often used to load trailers, they’re best for light duty loading of boxes and other flat-bottomed objects. The first section of these conveyors features a roller conveyor extension. The rollers on the extension have a higher capacity than skate wheels to resist more impact as boxes are loaded onto the conveyor. A package stop on one end keeps boxes from sliding off. To facilitate positioning, these conveyors have handles and multidirectional wheels with rollers that rotate around the wheel core to allow movement in any direction. A floor lock keeps the conveyors in place.
