    Ratchet Straps

    Keep cargo securely in place. These straps have a ratchet buckle, so you can gradually increase tension on your load. They meet D.O.T. and WSTDA standards for use on roadways.
    Warning: Never use for lifting applications.

    Flat hooks offer the most secure connection to rails and lips. They’re often used on the side rails of flatbed trailers.
    Polyester Fabric—Polyester straps have minimal stretch, so your load won’t budge.
    Nylon Fabric—Nylon straps are more flexible than polyester straps, so they won’t dig into cargo during bumpy rides.
    PVC-Impregnated Reinforcement—Those that are PVC impregnated last longer in direct sunlight than plain polyester straps.
    Reinforced Edges—Straps with reinforced edges resist cuts and abrasion. They have extra stitching along the sides that’s designed to tear as the strap wears down, signaling that you need a replacement.

    Adjustable-End Tie Down Straps

    Flat Hook

    Create a strap to tighten around your cargo. Feed the loose end of the webbing into a tie down buckle or winch, then match the end fitting to the anchor point you’re securing to.
    Warning: Never use for lifting applications.
    Flat Hook—The most secure connection to rails or lips. The hooks are commonly used to fasten straps to the side rails of flatbed trailers.
    Polyester Fabric—Minimal stretching makes this the most common webbing material for securing loads.
    PVC-Impregnated Reinforcement—Last longer in direct sunlight than standard polyester straps and are ideal for extended outdoor use.
    Reinforced Edges—Abrasion and cut resistant. Additional side stitching shows wear early to signal when replacement is needed before it fails.
