    Miniature Snap-Acting Switches

Image of Attribute. Push-Button Actuator Style. Bottom orientation. Contains Annotated. Snap-Acting Switches. Miniature Snap-Acting Switches, Push Button Actuator, For 7/16" Diameter Panel Cutouts.

    Push-Button

    Actuator Style

Smaller than standard snap-acting switches, these switches trigger actions in tight spaces. They’re used in components as small as computer mice and engine restart switches. They open and close circuits faster than other switches, preventing contacts from sticking by reducing the time that they're near one another. These switches also minimize the chance of arcing, so electricity won’t jump across contacts.
Push Button Actuator—Switches with a push-button actuator stick out more than switches with a plunger actuator, so they’re easier to activate.

Vary electrical flow to control speed, volume, and light intensity. The number of turns affects the resolution—the higher the number, the better the control. Also known as variable output switches. A knob is required (not included).

    Low-Friction Create-Your-Own Push/Pull Mechanical Control Cables

A splined core limits contact points on the cable’s liner, so the core slides back and forth smoothly and keeps the cable from twisting. Pair these cables with a knob or lever (not included) to operate valves, throttle controls, and HVAC damper controls from a distance. They're flexible for weaving around obstructions.
Panel Mount—Panel-mount cables are also known as bulkhead mount cables. They have threaded fittings with hex nuts and washers at each end for mounting through a panel.
