Flame- and Arc-Flash-Protection Base Layers
Wear these fitted garments under clothing for an added layer of protection against intermittent exposure to flames and radiant heat. They meet NFPA 70E standards for protection against electrical arc flashes for personal protection equipment (PPE) category 1 or 2. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. All base layer materials are lightweight, breathable, and moisture wicking for added comfort.
They all comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.269 standards for flame and arc flash protection.
Cotton/acrylic base layers are stretchy for increased mobility and range of motion.

They also meet NFPA 2112 standards for protection against flash fire. Check the PPE category and minimum arc rating provided for your workplace, and then select all required clothing and personal protective equipment to meet the minimum arc rating. Arc rating measures a garment’s ability to insulate the wearer from burns; the higher the arc rating, the greater the flame resistance. Made of acrylic/Buna-N blend, these shirts are breathable and moisture wicking to keep you cool. They have buttons down the front and on the cuffs, as well as two chest pockets.

Add company names and employee names to your work gear. Personal names are embroidered above the left chest pocket; company names are embroidered above the right chest pocket. Blue, dark blue, brown, and gray coveralls have white lettering; white coveralls have dark blue lettering. These coveralls protect against dirt, wear, and abrasion. They close with a zipper.
Cotton/Polyester is more durable than cotton.
When measuring chest size, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Take all measurements over any clothing you expect to wear under the coveralls. Long coveralls are 1" longer than regular coveralls in the torso, sleeves, and legs, so they are recommended for workers 6' 1" and taller.

Made of Tyvek polyethylene these shirts have heat- and pressure-bonded fibers for a material that’s soft yet strong.
