T-Slotted Framing Rails
Use this versatile framing to configure machine guards, enclosures, carts, and workstations. These rails have continuous T-slots for attaching fittings. When choosing how many slots you want on your rail, consider how much flexibility you need for your setup and how finished you'd like your structure to appear. The more slots the rail has, the more design flexibility you will have. Keep in mind, open slots can collect dust and debris. Rails with closed sides give you a finished appearance but are more difficult to reconfigure or add components to later. All of these rails are made of aluminum.
Double-, triple-, and quad-profile rails are good for large structural applications, such as beams and posts. Typically, the larger the rail profile, the stronger the rail.
Solid rails are stronger than hollow rails. Smooth rails give a finished look. With no indentations to collect dust, they’re easier to clean than grooved rails. However, dents and marks are easier to see.
Cut-to-length rails can be ordered in increments of 0.125” or 0.25 cm.

T-Slotted Framing Cable Holders
Route wires, cables, and tubing along T-slotted rails.
Wire sleeving fully encloses your bundle like raceway and duct, yet is flexible, so it's simpler to install around corners.
Wire sleeving snaps into the grooves of your T-slot rail. It folds around cables and tubing and locks together like a zip-close bag—no disassembly or rewiring required to install it. It seals out water, dust, and debris. Made of PVC, this sleeving resists abrasion and won’t deteriorate from exposure to chemicals and oil. It’s also flame-rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material. Overall, it’s a good choice to protect wiring in harsh conditions from machine guards to conveyor lines.
90° raceway elbows (sold separately) snap onto the sleeve to protect your wiring in corners. They bend your wire evenly to avoid snag points.
Use the slider tool (sold separately) to speed up installation. Pinch the ends of the track together and slide the tool on, then pull it along the seam just like a zipper.

T-Slotted Framing Lighting
Brighten workstations, enclosures, and machines from your T-slotted framing rails, especially where overhead light proves insufficient. All lights mount directly to your rail’s T-slot.
Strip lights can be chained together to light a larger area on the same circuit. 1 1/4" wide lights let you link up to 16 together using 4-pin connecting cords (sold separately). They include a 6 ft. power cord, which you can swap for a 10 ft. cord (sold separately) for a longer reach. Add an adjustable mounting bracket (sold separately) to angle the light toward the front of your workspace.
