Hazardous Location Recessed Lights
Mount these lights in recessed spaces so the lens is flush with the ceiling or wall. NEC Classes I and II, they’re safe to use in paint spray booths, blast booths, and other areas with ignitable concentrations of flammable or combustible gases, vapors, liquids, and dust.
Fluorescent lights have an access door in the back, so you can mount them in the wall of a paint spray booth and change the bulbs from outside of the booth.

Plug-In Tubular Portable Lights

Hang these lights above your workspace—they shine through long tubes to distribute even light with minimal glare and shadows. Carry them where you need them and suspend them from pipes, beams, and other overhead surfaces. A plastic lens keeps drops and dings from breaking the lights.
Style A and C hang from included hooks at each end.
Style B are our brightest tubular portable lights, shining from four light tubes encased together. They mount with the included straps, or you can stand them on end for a freestanding light.
Lights with an SJO cord resist oil. Lights with an SJOW cord resist oil and weather. Lights with an SJOOW cord resist oil better than lights with an SJO or SJOW cord, and they also resist weather.
Lights with an outlet included can be daisy chained together to avoid running separate extension cords. Connect up to 20 lights.

Retrofit Socket Kits for Tubular Light Bulbs

Revive your fluorescent strip lights. These sockets replace aging ones and eliminate the need for ballasts. Instead, they power the bulb from one end. Use them with ballast bypass LED bulbs. They’re an economical alternative to replacing the ballast and outfitting your light with socket-ready LED bulbs.
Remove the old sockets and ballast, connect the spring-clamp terminals to your power supply, and bend the bracket tabs to fit the width of your fixture housing.

Blacklight Blue Light Bulbs

Detect UV-reflective materials that are invisible to the naked eye with these bulbs. They contain a blue filter that absorbs the visible light they produce while allowing long wave ultraviolet (UV-A) light to pass through. They appear black when turned off. These bulbs are not for use in bug zappers. A bulb’s estimated yearly cost is based on 3 hours of usage per day at $0.11 per kWh.
Bulbs cannot be sold to the listed areas because they exceed local regulatory limits on mercury.
Electronic Ballasts for Tubular Fluorescent Light Bulbs

In addition to being more energy-efficient than magnetic ballasts, these electronic ballasts are lighter and quieter. Ballasts that can operate multiple bulbs may have more wires than you need. Cover unused wires with a wire nut.
Instant-start ballasts turn on immediately. They are the most energy-efficient, but shorten the bulb's life.
Programmed-start ballasts provide the longest bulb life, but they take longer than instant- and rapid-start ballasts to turn on. They are often used with motion-sensing light controls.

Magnetic Ballasts for Tubular Fluorescent Light Bulbs

These ballasts are often found in older installations. Ballasts that can operate multiple bulbs may have more wires than you need. Cover unused wires with a wire nut. Ballasts take several seconds to turn on and require a starter.
