Serrated-Flange Hex Head Thread-Forming Structural Screws

A five-lobed shank forms clean, uniform threads for a tight hold that prevents loosening and backing out. Also known as Tap-Flex, these screws are hardened steel and meet Grade 5 strength requirements. The serrated flange grips material so screws won't rotate in the hole. Install them with a nutdriver or socket.

Serrations on the flange grip material for a tighter, more vibration-resistant hold than other tapping screws. Turn with a nutdriver or socket to cut threads into drilled holes in metal.
