Thermally Conductive High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Sheets
- Color: Yellow
- Temperature Range: -75° to 390° F
- Tensile Strength: 40 psi
- For Use Outdoors: Yes
Commonly used in electronics applications, these sheets transfer heat better than any other silicone we offer. They are conformable with a slightly tacky surface that lightly adheres to both smooth and rough surfaces. Sheets meet UL 94 V-0 for flame retardance. Silicone, also known as polysiloxane, offers good resistance to ozone and salt water.

Electrically Conductive High-Temperature Silicone Rubber Sheets
- Color: Black
- Temperature Range: -65° F to 400° F
- Tensile Strength: 800 psi
- For Use Outdoors: Yes
Filled with carbon black, these sheets won’t generate static charges and divert existing ones away from electronics. Use them as a conductor to protect components from static discharge. You can also use them as EMI/RFI gaskets. Made of silicone, also called polysiloxane, these sheets stand up to salt water, UV rays, and ozone.

Thermally Conductive High-Temperature Silicone Foam Sheets
Protect sensitive equipment from heat buildup with this silicone foam. These sheets are commonly used to fill gaps and damp vibration in computers, battery installations, and heat pipe assemblies. This foam has closed-cell construction, which restricts water, air, and gases from being absorbed. They have a crisscross texture that provides a nonslip gripping surface.

Two-Part Silicone Potting Compounds
Encase electronic assemblies in a layer of silicone for protection from dust, moisture, mechanical shock, and vibration. Softer and more flexible than epoxies and urethanes with the widest temperature range, silicone potting compounds are the best choice for high-temperature applications and electronics exposed to thermal cycling. They have good moisture resistance but poor chemical and abrasion resistance. Silicones provide excellent electrical insulation. They’re also known as RTV (room-temperature vulcanizing).
Cartridge potting compound requires a gun (sold separately) to dispense; use it with the included mixer nozzle.

Electrically and Thermally Conductive Grease
A high silver content gives this grease excellent conductivity for applications where electricity and heat transfer are required. It is suitable for ESD (electrostatic discharge) and EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding applications. Product regulations restrict sales to the listed jurisdictions/areas.
NLGI viscosity grade is a rating of a grease's consistency. NLGI 2 is about the consistency of peanut butter.
Electrical resistivity is a measure of how well a material opposes the flow of electricity. The lower the rating, the more electricity it conducts.
Thermal conductivity measures a material’s ability to transfer heat. The higher the rating, the more heat it transfers.
Grease lubricates most efficiently within the listed temperature range. Melting temperature is the point at which grease will fail and run out of equipment, leaving it to run dry.
