    Mounted Dressers for Toolroom Grinding Wheels

    Dressers have a diamond abrasive, which is extremely hard and wear resistant. They mount onto surface, cylindrical, and tool and cutter grinding equipment. They are also known as cleaners.
    Single Point
    A single point removes more material than dressers with multiple points.
    Hex Head—Dressers with a hex head can be turned with a wrench to expose a fresh cutting point without requiring you to remove the shank from your tool holder, allowing for efficient grinding.
    For Ceramic Wheels—Dressers for ceramic wheels are specially designed to withstand very hard and abrasive grains.
    Resettable—Resettable dressers can be turned to expose a second point.
    Not Resettable—Nonresettable dressers have one point.
