Surface-Mount Stack Indicator Lights

Push-Button Stack Indicator Lights with Two-Blade Plug

Give a signal with the push of a button. These lights have a control box with a button for activating each of the three light modules. The LED bulbs provide years of maintenance-free operation. The light modules meet IP54 and the control box meets IP20. They cannot be sold to the regions listed due to local energy efficiency requirements.

Mount the light by bolting the included bracket to a surface (fasteners not included) or clamping it over a surface such as an office partition or workstation. You can adjust the height of the light by using either the included 3 _1/2” or 11 _3/8” mounting poles.

Mount the control box using the included tape with adhesive on both sides. It connects to the light via a 4-ft. connecting cable.

Programmable Stack Lights with Buzzer Alarm

Use a computer to program colors, lighting patterns, and sounds to communicate a variety of status conditions, material levels, and cycle times—these stack lights have 21 colors and 11 sounds. Since you set up each signal from your computer, you can update them without changing hardware or wiring. These lights let you remotely monitor equipment because they don't need to be installed near the equipment they're monitoring as long as these lights are on the same Ethernet network as the equipment. For widespread communication across your facility, set as many as eight of these lights to mirror the signals of one main light.

Connect these stack lights to your computer with an Ethernet or USB cord. They can either connect to power from their terminal block or, for a simpler setup, use Power over Ethernet (PoE). They have digital inputs, so they can also receive electric signals from your programmable logic controller (PLC) or microcontroller.

Mount them to a flat surface using the included fasteners. Add a base for additional mounting options.

Build-Your-Own Stack Indicator Lights for Universal Robots

Always know the precise status of your collaborative robot without complex wiring or custom programming. These lights come with a URCap plug-in, so your robot can communicate a range of conditions to them—from the end of a cycle to faults. Unlike standard stack lights that shine one color for any type of stop, these lights can flash red when someone hits the emergency stop and flash yellow when your robot pauses after a collision. Plug these lights into a USB port on your robot controller—no need to use up I/O ports. With a few simple taps on your teach pendant's screen, you can map robot states to each module directly from your robot control program. They are UR+ certified.

You’ll need a base and up to five modules of your choice (all sold separately). Mount the base to a flat surface, such as your robot workstation. Stack each module onto the base, twisting to lock them together. If you choose a sound module, it should be placed at the top. All components are rated IP65 for protection against dust and light rinses.

Cordless Adjustable-Height Portable Floodlights for Milwaukee Rechargeable Batteries

Light up remote spaces without having to keep track of a new cordless tool battery. These floodlights run on a Milwaukee M18 battery (sold separately). You can also power them with an extension cord (not included). These lights extend up to 7 ft. tall and have a pivoting head to direct light where you need it. When you're done using them, fold them up. They have a handle for easy transport.

Built to handle tough jobsites, their legs and plastic lens resist impact. And they’ll work outdoors and in other wet areas—rated IP54, they’re sealed against splashing liquid and humidity. Plus, they’re protected against dirty, dusty conditions.

Raise, lower, and tilt these lights to brighten your work in wet spaces. IP rated or ETL listed, they can handle wet environments.

Style A—Style A are only 6 _½ lbs., half the weight of other styles. This makes them a good choice to move frequently around your site. You can power these lights with a vehicle using the included car adapter or battery alligator clips.

Style B—Style B have detachable light heads, so you can bring light into areas where the stand won't fit. Tempered glass lenses protect the LEDs.

Style C—Style C shine light in three directions from three heads that pivot individually.

Style D—Style D brighten areas up to 60 ft. in diameter. Five light panels pivot independently to direct light where you need it. A magnetic mount means you can take the light off the tripod and pop it on most metal surfaces. They’re durable enough to fall from 12 ft. and still work. Style G

Bring light to remote, wet areas. These floodlights are IP rated to handle humidity and dripping, splashing, and falling liquids. Adjust their tripod up and down to direct light as far as you need. They’re also quick to set up and move elsewhere at a moment’s notice.

Style A—Style A can be used as a freestanding lantern when you lower the tripod, or as a flashlight when you fully collapse the legs. When extended, the head pivots to aim light where you need it.

Style B—Style B have three LED panels that adjust up and down and side to side to aim light where you need it. The head detaches for use as a lantern. Fold out the hook to hang it up, or stick the magnetic base to a metal surface.

Style C—Style C are best where it’s windy. Thanks to their weighted base and locking legs, they’ll handle gusts up to 40 mph. Twist the reflector to switch from a wide flood beam to a narrow spot beam for long-distance lighting. You can also pivot the head to aim light where you need it. When you run out of charge, no problem—plug them in and they’ll still work. The cord is built into the tripod, so it won’t get snagged. For easy transport, these floodlights have a handle and shoulder strap.

Style D—Style D are made with tough jobsites in mind. For impact resistance, the head is cushioned with rubber at the edges and has a tempered-glass lens. It’s also detachable and has been drop tested from 6 feet. Hang it from a pipe or rail with the steel-reinforced, extendable hook, or stick its magnetic base to a metal surface. The head adjusts to any angle to aim light exactly where you need it. To move these floodlights around, either carry them by the hook or fold them up and put them in their carrying case.

Style E—Style E have a spot beam that shines up to a mile away. They also have excellent battery life, offering up to a full day of lighting.

Style F—Style F have three LED panels for 360° illumination. Each panel adjusts up and down and side to side. Turn their adjustable lens to switch between a wide flood beam and a narrow spot beam for long-distance lighting. They also have excellent battery life, offering up to a full day of lighting.

Style G—Style G have three LED panels for 360° illumination. Each panel adjusts up and down and side to side. 90 CRI—Lights with a Coloring Rendering Index (CRI) of 90 out of 100 are the best at showing slight color differences. For contrast, most portable LED lights have a CRI of 75-80. Originally used by evidence technicians, they’re great for inspecting paint or similarly colored wires.

Vehicle—Floodlights with a vehicle plug can be operated as long as needed using an external power source, such as your truck’s battery. Vehicle plugs fit into a standard outlet or a 12V DC power source using the included adapters.

Wire Leads—Floodlights with wire leads can be operated as long as needed when attached to a 12-24V DC battery, such as your truck’s battery.

Large-Area Mobile Floodlights with Power Generator

As bright as stadium lights, these floodlights are the most powerful in our offering—they’ll brighten jobsites half the size of a football field. They run on a diesel generator you can use to power other lights and tools in the field. Also known as light towers, they rise up to 23 ft. To direct light where you want it, pivot any of the four heads. You can also rotate the mast, even if it’s already raised.

Rated IP65, these floodlights are protected against dust and low-pressure washdowns. That means rain won’t be a problem. They’ll also handle winds up to 65 mph. Just secure the hitch and two side supports to the ground with the attached leveling jacks. These floodlights will work in the cold, but not in subzero temperatures.

For towing from jobsite to jobsite, these floodlights have a trailer with a ball hitch and tongue. They also come with safety chains, which have a 7,800-lb. load capacity. The trailer’s lights are D.O.T. approved for road use.

Our brightest plug-in floodlights, these lights illuminate large worksites—about the size of a hockey rink. Rated IP68, they’re dust- and watertight enough to handle being temporarily submerged in water, so torrential downpours and snowstorms won’t be a problem. Tilt the heads and adjust the height of the stand to direct light where you need it.

Style A—Style A lights are also known as balloon lights—they cast light in all directions through a fabric diffuser to reach a diameter of 200 ft. For focused light, remove the diffuser. They’re lightweight, weighing just 45 lbs., so you can move them around your site. Yet they’re sturdy enough to withstand winds of 30 mph with the diffuser on and 60 mph with the diffuser off.

Style B—Style B lights have four heads that rotate and pivot individually, so you can aim the light up to 160 ft. in whatever direction you choose. Once you raise the lights, you can rotate the mast to direct light. They’re stable enough to stand firm in 45 mph winds thanks to their sturdy steel frame. A single person can maneuver them, even through doorways. You cannot tow these lights. They have a power outlet at the base to plug in a tool or link up a second light. An extension cord (sold separately) is required to power Style B lights.

Brighten areas of a jobsite with these floodlights, and move them at a moment’s notice. To choose your perfect light position, raise the mast up and down, then rotate and tilt the head. Ideal for tough jobsites, their polycarbonate lens resists impact. A battery life indicator lets you know when to recharge. You can still use them when they’re charging. They also have a 12V socket, also known as a vehicle outlet, to plug devices in and charge them. Adjust the light output using the keypad.

Style A—Style A have a handle and shoulder strap for easy transport.

Style B—Style B have two heads for double the brightness of Style A. These floodlights come with a USB adapter to charge up to two phones. With wheels and a retractable handle, you can move these floodlights around like a suitcase.

Rated NEC Classes I, II, III, and Zone 0, they’re safe to use near ignitable concentrations of flammable or combustible gas, dust, or fibers. They’re durable enough to fall from 6 ft. and still work. The polycarbonate lens resists impact, and the sturdy steel body has rubber cushioning on the edges.
