Clamps for Quick-Clamp High-Vacuum Fittings

Vacuum Fittings for Steel Tubing

Use these fittings to create an air vacuum system without the hassle of brazing and welding. Insert two fittings into a clamp (sold separately) and tighten to form a secure seal.
Metal Garden Hose Fittings
Connect these fittings to rubber or plastic garden hose for a variety of water supply applications.
Zinc fittings have good corrosion resistance. Fittings with a barbed end are also known as hose menders and splicers. Use them to connect lengths of hose or to repair damaged hose. Fittings with a fasten-on barbed end provide a more secure hold than clamp-on fittings and fittings with gripping tabs; slide the hose over the internal barb and tighten the clamp around the hose with the included screws.

CPVC Pipe Fittings for Hot Water
Made of CPVC, these fittings can handle high temperatures. They have thick, strong walls to handle heavy duty industrial plumbing and water supply applications, such as water processing and waste water treatment. They also have good corrosion resistance. These fittings are comparable to Corzan. Some meet ASTM D1784 specifications and testing requirements for material quality.
Fittings for drinking water meet NSF/ANSI Standard 61.
Schedule 80 fittings have thick, strong walls for heavy duty, industrial applications.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe fittings and pipe with compressed air or gas.

To prevent leaks in threaded connections, apply a non-hardening, plastic-compatible sealant to the male threads. Tape or sealants with PTFE are not recommended for plastic-to-plastic threaded connections. When making a threaded connection be careful not to overtighten the threads. To prevent cracks and leaks, finger tighten the fitting, then wrench-tighten one to two turns.
Saddle-tap tees allow you to create additional outlets and connections in metal or plastic pipe. They clamp on for an easy way to install and maintain systems.

Heavy Duty Clamp-On Framing and Fittings
Build workstations, conveyors, and shelving for heavy loads. These clamp-on framing rails and fittings are the thickest and sturdiest in our offering. The fittings slide over the rails in one piece. Tighten their bolts to clamp them in place—no machining or welding required.
Bolt components to these positioning mounts. Slide them onto a rail by holding down their button or buttons, and release to lock them in place.
An anodized finish resists corrosion and wear better than plain aluminum.
Press-Fit Framing and Fittings
No need for fasteners—friction holds this framing together. Use press-fit framing and fittings to assemble carts, enclosures, and partitions.
Hinges have four mounting holes; drill matching holes in the rails and secure with the included fasteners.
Noncontact Flow-Adjustment Valves
Also known as pinch valves, these press down on the outside of tubing to adjust flow without contacting the process media. They can be used with any media that’s chemically compatible with your tubing.
Valves with an open body provide easy access to tubing for maintenance or replacement.
Valves with a closed body securely hold tubing in place.
Swivel On/Off Valves with Garden Hose Threads

Keep fluids flowing—these valves twist and turn to prevent your hose from kinking. They connect to your faucet and swivel 360°, which makes it less likely your hose will kink when you move it side to side. Their lever handle is easy to turn, and lets you know if the valve is open or closed at a glance.
Zinc valves have good corrosion resistance. A plastic coating protects your hands by keeping the valve’s surface from getting too hot or cold.
Brass valves are more durable and corrosion resistant than zinc valves.
Flow coefficient (Cv) is the amount of water (in gallons per minute) at 60° F that will flow through a fully open valve with a difference of 1 psi between the inlet and the outlet.
Add a kink absorber for additional protection to your hose. Connected between the valve and the hose, they prevent kinking from sharp up and down movements.
