High-Temperature Rigid Metal Duct Hose for Fumes
- Rigid
- Compatible Clamps: U-Bolt Clamps
- Max. Temperature: Galvanized Steel: 750° F; Aluminum: 450° F; 304 Stainless Steel: 1500° F; 316 Stainless Steel: 1200° F
Metal interlocked strips create a rigid, durable hose that stays strong under high temperatures. Hose is for use with smoke, welding fumes, and oil fumes.
Galvanized steel offers fair corrosion resistance.

Low-Carbon Steel Round Tubes
Also known as mild steel, low-carbon steel is easy to machine, form, and weld. It's widely fabricated into parts that don’t require high strength, such as fixture clamps, mounting plates, and spacers.

Clear Scratch- and UV-Resistant Cast Acrylic Tubes
- Color: Clear
- Temperature Range: 0° to 150° F
- Tensile Strength: 10,000-11,250 psi (Good)
- Impact Strength: 0.3-0.4 ft.-lbs./in. (Poor)
- Hardness: Rockwell M94-M100 (Hard)
- For Use Outdoors: Yes
- Specifications Met: See table
Fabricate containers, tanks, and lenses for light fixtures with these scratch- and UV-resistant cast acrylic tubes. Cast acrylic, which is comparable to Lucite and Plexiglas® Acrylic, is easier to machine than extruded acrylic. This material stands up to outdoor use better than polycarbonate and maintains clarity over time.

Clear Impact-Resistant Polycarbonate Tubes
- Color: Clear
- Temperature Range: -40° to 200° F
- Tensile Strength: 8,900-9,500 psi (Good)
- Impact Strength: 12-18 ft.-lbs./in. (Excellent)
- Hardness: Rockwell R118 (Hard)
- For Use Outdoors: No
Comparable to Lexan, Hyzod, Tuffak, and Makrolon, these polycarbonate tubes are half the weight of glass and maintain excellent impact resistance across a wide temperature range. Use them to make instrument gauge covers and display racks.

Abrasion-Resistant Sleeving
Tightly braided nylon fibers give this sleeving excellent abrasion resistance. As it wears, the fibers frizz and make the outer wall thicker for improved protection. The interior is smooth to reduce snags during installation. It meets Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) standards for fire protection in mines. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.
Hook-and-Loop Wrap-Around Sleeving for Universal Robots
Organize and protect the cables and tubing on your Universal Robots arm without hindering its movement. This sleeving is made for Universal Robots arms, so you don’t need to measure, cut, or customize for a good fit. The hook-and-loop closure makes installation quick, and unlike cable ties, it’s easy to detach and adjust. Cables run through a separate channel, so you can access them without removing the sleeving from your arm. Made from polyurethane, this sleeving is flexible enough for cables and tubing to move easily, and durable enough to withstand continuous movement. It’s also lighter than hose carriers and conduit, so it won’t weigh down your robot arm. Each includes two pieces of sleeving.

Fiberglass Pipe Insulation
This common insulation material is typically used on hot and cold water lines and in process piping. To use outdoors, add metal jacketing.
Tubes, elbows, and tees are formed to provide the best fit on pipe and are the easiest to install. If your pipe is larger than the sizes we offer, choose a sheet/strip.
Tubes have an all-service jacket (ASJ) made of kraft paper with an adhesive strip closure. Seal with reinforced insulation tape (sold separately).
