    Multipurpose Low-Carbon Steel Round Tubes

Image of Product. Front orientation. Steel. Multipurpose Low-Carbon Steel Round Tubes.
Also known as mild steel, low-carbon steel is easy to machine, form, and weld. It's widely fabricated into parts that don’t require high strength, such as frames, supports, and conduit.
DOM—DOM (drawn over mandrel) welded tubes are stronger than ERW (electric resistance welded) tubes.

Clear Machinable Cast Acrylic Round Tubes

Image of Product. Front orientation. Plastic. Clear Machinable Cast Acrylic Round Tubes.
Fabricate containers, tanks, and lenses for light fixtures with these scratch- and UV-resistant cast acrylic tubes. Cast acrylic, which is comparable to Lucite and Plexiglas® acrylic, is easier to machine than extruded acrylic. This material stands up to outdoor use better than polycarbonate and maintains clarity over time.

Slide these tubes over new sections of straight pipe as you assemble a line. You can also cut them wherever you need to make custom splits.
Buna-N/PVC Foam—Lighter and more durable than EPDM foam, this foam also withstands exposure to oil. However, it's less flexible than EPDM.
Coatings—Add a coating of acrylic paint to repel moisture and protect against UV and ozone damage.
Contact Adhesives—Secure insulation to pipes and seal gaps between sections.
