These EPDM foam tubes have the best resistance to water, sunlight, and oxidation of all the foam tubes we offer. Use them as jackets, seals, and insulation. This foam has closed-cell construction, which restricts water, air, and gases from being absorbed. Tubes have an ultra-smooth texture for a sleek surface that's easy to wipe down.
Flexible Rubber Foam Pipe Insulation
Soft and easy to install, this insulation restricts absorption of water, air, and gas. It is often used on cold and hot water lines and refrigeration lines. Seal with contact adhesive (sold separately). To use outdoors, coat in acrylic paint.
EPDM foam insulation meets the UV resistance requirements of ASTM G90 for use outdoors. If exposed to constant sunlight, paint it or wrap it in jacketing.
