Spot Beam

Detect leaks and contamination while keeping both your hands free. These headlamps use UV light to reveal dyes, particles, and chemicals with fluorescent qualities, making cracks and defects easy to spot. Each headlamp also has a regular LED light to see in dim and dark areas. Both bulbs emit a focused, flood light beam that works best for close-up inspections.

Motion Sensor—Headlamps with a motion sensor switch between brightnesses, beam patterns, and bulb types with a wave of your hand. They’re helpful when your gloves are oily or dirty. You can also press a button to switch between these modes. The additional spot beam pattern has a wide angle to illuminate at a distance.

Light Meters for UV Light

Measure the intensity of UV light to track equipment performance and ensure safety. These meters are often used in sterilization systems, curing applications—such as coatings and adhesives—and for monitoring blue-light UV radiation from welding equipment. All have a data hold function, allowing you to keep measurements on the screen so you have time to write them down. To preserve battery life, they shut off automatically. Chambers with a shelf create a deep, consistent cure and work best with small and flat parts. You can position parts closer to the bulb with the adjustable shelf for a faster curing. To carefully cure sensitive parts, adjust the light intensity level. An automatic lamp shutter covers and reduces power to the bulb when you open the door. You should always wear UV-protective glasses and clothing when the system is turned on because of their high-intensity light. To remotely monitor and control these chambers, connect them to a computer or PLC.
