    Ultraviolet Curing Chambers

    Safely cure light-activated adhesives, coatings, and ink or strengthen 3D-printed resin parts with UV light in these enclosed chambers. Also known as flood curing, they evenly cure your parts. They work just like a microwave. Plug them in, set your time, and they’re ready to cure.

    Formlabs chambers can be preheated to save you curing time. While they’ll work on any resin 3D-printed parts, if you use them with parts made of Formlabs resins, you can choose preset cure times and temperature settings for consistent results.
    Chambers with a turntable rotate parts under the lights for even exposure while curing. Because these chambers use low-intensity LED bulbs and only operate when the door is closed, additional UV-protective glasses or clothing while using them are not required.

    Ultraviolet Chambers with Shelf

    Chambers with a shelf create a deep, consistent cure and work best with small and flat parts. You can position parts closer to the bulb with the adjustable shelf for a faster curing. To carefully cure sensitive parts, adjust the light intensity level. An automatic lamp shutter covers and reduces power to the bulb when you open the door. You should always wear UV-protective glasses and clothing when the system is turned on because of their high-intensity light. To remotely monitor and control these chambers, connect them to a computer or PLC.

    Detect UV-reflective materials that are invisible to the naked eye with these bulbs. They contain a blue filter that absorbs the visible light they produce while allowing long wave ultraviolet (UV-A) light to pass through. They appear black when turned off. These bulbs are not for use in bug zappers. A bulb’s estimated yearly cost is based on 3 hours of usage per day at $0.11 per kWh. Bulbs cannot be sold to the listed areas because they exceed local regulatory limits on mercury.

    UV and White Light Magnifying Glasses

    Switch between UV light and white light to catch defects you'd otherwise miss with these handheld magnifiers. Their UV LEDs illuminate fluorescent dyes and particles, making leaks, cracks, and tears easy to spot. The white light LEDs mimic natural daylight for a crisp, clear view of fine details.
