UV-Resistant Press-to-Close Bags

Block out damaging UV rays to protect light-sensitive contents.
12"×12" bags have an approximate capacity of one gallon.

Corrosion-Inhibiting Heat-Shrink Plastic Bags

Shield metal from corrosion and block out damaging UV light. Bags have a hook-and-loop closure and shrink when heated for skin-tight barrier around material.

UV-Resistant Corrosion-Inhibiting Heavy Duty Heat-Shrink Film

Shield shipments of metal equipment that could be exposed to the outdoors for long periods of time. This film is treated to prevent fading and degrading in the sun, while a built-in inhibitor guards the contents underneath from rain, snow, and humidity. It’s often used in place of oils and desiccants that prevent rust, so you don’t need to clean or degrease your equipment before covering it. Shrink the film with a heat gun to create a formfitting barrier that keeps out moisture and dirt.
At least six times thicker than standard heat-shrink film, you can drag and shrink this film over corners of equipment without it tearing. It’s large enough to cover forklifts, industrial compressors, or even a boat, but it’s easy enough to trim down using a utility knife. This film comes folded on a roll for efficient storage.
Clear film makes it easy to identify and check on covered equipment. It meets ASTM standards for plastic film.

Reinforced UV-Resistant Heavy Duty Heat-Shrink Film

Cover objects with sharp angles and points with this film to protect them from sun, dirt, moisture, and damage. Thicker and wider than standard heat-shrink film, it’s also woven with fibers that help it stretch over odd shapes without tearing. A UV-resistant additive shields material from sunlight for up to one year, so you can keep material outdoors for extended periods without it becoming brittle, fading, or discoloring. Heat the film with a heat gun to create a snug barrier. This film is folded on the roll, so you get a wide film that takes up a fraction of the storage space. Cut it to the size you need.

Flame-Retardant Heavy Duty Heat-Shrink Film

Protect equipment exposed to flames and sparks. This film is often used on shipments staged in machine shops or construction sites where sparks may fly from welding and grinding. To meet NFPA 701 standards, this film self-extinguishes flames. It is also treated to prevent weakening and disintegrating from UV exposure, so your equipment will remain protected outdoors for up to a year. Shrink the film with a heat gun to create a formfitting barrier.
Eight times thicker than standard heat-shrink film, you can drag and shrink this film over corners of equipment without it tearing. It's large enough to cover forklifts, industrial compressors, or even a boat, but it's easy enough to trim down using a utility knife. This film comes folded on a roll for efficient storage.

Extra-Large Protective Bags
Cover large furniture, machinery, and other equipment to protect against dust, dirt, and moisture.
Style B bags have a folded-in section that expands when they’re open, giving them more structure than Style A bags. They’re also known as gusseted bags. To pick the right size, add up the width and depth of your object, then do the same for your bag. Your object’s combined dimensions should be at least two inches smaller than your bag’s. To use the bag as a liner, plan for an extra four inches on top to fold the bag over your container’s sides. 55” wide bags fit loosely over a standard pallet load, so they’re often used to cover odd-shaped items and large machinery.
2 mil thick bags are sturdy enough for most applications, but nails and other sharp objects will puncture them. 3 mil thick bags can be used to cover sharp corners and jagged edges, but they’ll tear if stretched over them. 4 mil thick bags are difficult to tear, even when pulled tight against sharp edges and irregular shapes.
UV-resistant bags protect contents outdoors for up to six months.
