    Precise-Positioning V-Blocks for Grid Fixtures

    A precision bushing inside each mounting hole helps you clamp these V-blocks onto plates, columns, and other grid fixtures with pinpoint accuracy. Their through holes match industry standard 1/2"-13 threaded holes with 2" center-to-center spacing. Made from steel, these blocks are ground to tight tolerances for a centered groove and squared faces. They’re hardened to withstand dents and wear, so they’ll hold their shape over time. A black oxide coating helps prevent corrosion.

    Vertical-mount V-blocks have counterbored through holes, so you can attach them to your fixture with precision shoulder screws (sold separately). The screws have a shoulder diameter tolerance of 0.0004" for a tight fit that keeps blocks from shifting.

    Flange-mount V-blocks have both slots and holes for more mounting options when you’re building a setup. For precise positioning, use a dowel pin to mount them through straight holes on the bottom. For more flexible positioning, mount through the slots in the base with a socket head screw.
