    Crimping

The high-pressure pumping system in these crimpers creates enough force to crimp large copper and aluminum lugs without using dies. Instead of dies, adjust the settings for different compression connector sizes. The head rotates 350° so you can crimp at any angle and maneuver these tools in tight spaces. Each crimper includes 10 test kits for periodically testing that the pumping system activates at the proper pressure.
    One-Point-Indent Crimping—Crimpers with one-point indent form a consistent crimp that resembles a half-moon.
Four-Point-Indent Crimping—Crimpers with four-point indent form a more secure connection than crimpers with a one-point indent, but have a lower compression force and cannot be used with as large of lugs.

    Crimping

Save time and energy crimping across different connector sizes in high-volume applications—these battery-powered tools crimp without you having to change out any dies. Instead, they automatically adjust to the size of your connector. They’re faster than ratchet crimpers and because they activate with the press of a trigger, there’s less repetitive motion. A built-in pressure sensor monitors the force of each crimp to make sure the connection is complete every time. If the pressure is too low, you’ll hear a beep and see an LED flash. Connect these crimpers to your mobile device using Bluetooth to change settings and view usage data from an app. You can also check the pressure level, battery level, and other diagnostics from the LCD display on the crimper. The head rotates 350°, so you can maneuver these tools to crimp at difficult angles. An LED light on the front illuminates your workspace.
These crimpers create UL-certified connections when paired with connectors from Anderson, Blackburn, Burndy, Ilsco, Panduit, Penn-Union, or Thomas Betts (T&B).
Straight Handle—Crimpers with a straight handle have a thin profile, so they fit in tight spaces.
Angled Handle—Crimpers with an angled handle give you an ergonomic grip when working on a table or workbench.
    One-Point-Indent Crimping—Crimpers with one-point indent form a consistent crimp that resembles a half-moon.
Four-Point-Indent Crimping—Crimpers with four-point indent form a more secure connection than crimpers with a one-point indent. These crimpers work with a wider range of wire gauges than one-indent crimpers with the same compression force.

Cordless Compression Lug and Splice Crimpers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Contains MultipleImages. Wire and Cable Crimpers. Cordless Compression Lug and Splice Crimpers, Angled Handle.

    Angled Handle

Make quick, consistent crimps from connector to connector with these battery-powered crimpers. They are faster and require less effort than ratcheting crimpers—just press the trigger to crimp. Switch out the dies to make crimps on a wide range of connector sizes. A pressure sensor monitors the force of each crimp and alerts you if the pressure is too low to make a complete connection. Connect these tools to a mobile app using Bluetooth to change settings and view usage data. You can also view the pressure level, battery life, and other diagnostics on the display. The head rotates 350°, so you can position these tools to crimp at difficult angles. An LED light on the front illuminates your workspace.
Pair them with a crimping die (sold separately) that matches the size and type of your connector. Insert the cable into the connector, line up the connector with the crimping die, and press the trigger to crimp. Jaws open automatically when you release the trigger. These crimpers create UL-certified connections when paired with connectors from Anderson, Blackburn, Burndy, Ilsco, Panduit, Penn-Union, and Thomas & Betts (T & B).
Angled Handle—Crimpers with an angled handle are more comfortable to hold when crimping parallel to a table or workbench. They have a higher compression force for crimping larger gauges of wire.
