    Tight-Space Squeeze-and-Strip Electrical Cable Strippers

Useful in tight spots, you insert cable into the front of these strippers. One squeeze strips insulation and pulls it off your cable. The blades automatically adjust to the cable size and strip insulation in the middle or at the end.

    Benchtop Automatic Electrical Wire Strippers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Wire and Cable Strippers. Benchtop Automatic Electrical Wire Strippers.
Automatically strip insulation off high volumes of wire. These strippers sit on your workbench but are portable enough to cart around your facility. They accurately strip a variety of wire gauge sizes with the exact length you need—just adjust the settings. To make consistent cuts wire after wire, lock the settings in place. You can also toggle between stripping the insulation in the middle of the wire or stripping it to the end. An included funnel will help guide thin wires into the machine, so they are inserted correctly.

    Squeeze-and-Strip Building Cable Strippers

With just a squeeze, strip and remove outer insulation from your cable. These strippers require less effort than standard strippers or stripping knives because you don’t need to manually peel the insulation. The blade automatically adjusts to the outer diameter of your cable to remove a layer of insulation. They’re often used on NM-B cable (also known as Romex) since you can strip the cable jacket and the insulation on the individual wires without changing settings in between. Turn the adjustment knob to fine-tune the position of the blades so you don’t nick inner insulation, thin wires, or stranded wire. Set your strip length with the stop for consistent strips across multiple cables.

    Cordless Electrical Wire Strippers

Often used in high-volume applications, these cordless strippers automatically remove insulation, so they’re faster than manual strippers and reduce repetitive motion. They use bushings that are easy to snap in and out for different wire sizes and materials. Pull the trigger and the bushing rotates to strip the wire. With no exposed blades in the bushings, they're safer than stripping with a knife. For accurate and consistent stripping, they have an adjustable stop and gauge that locks into place. When the wire reaches your set strip length, the blade cuts off the jacket evenly. These strippers have a right-angle head to access tight spaces.
Choose between a stripper and individual bushings (both sold separately) or sets, which include several common sizes of bushings.

    Tight-Space Building Cable Strippers

Angled jaws let you insert building cable into the front of these strippers, so they’re useful in tight spots, such as inside electrical boxes. These tools remove the outer and inner insulation of NM-B cable. It’s the cable you’ll often find inside your walls running power to light fixtures and switches.
