    Flame-Retardant Wraparound Wire Sleeving

    Sheathe cable, wire, and hose in a protective cover in case of a fire. Rated VW-1, this sleeving meets requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material. A slit spans its entire length, so you can wrap it around components without disconnecting them. Even when flexed, the slit’s overlap closure keeps it shut. Since this sleeving is braided, heat and moisture can dissipate.
    Cut this sleeving to length with a hot-blade knife.

    Flame-Retardant Hook and Loop Wraparound Wire Sleeving

    Flame rated VW-1, you can safely use this sleeving on wiring in multi-level facilities as well as in industrial machinery and vehicles. It also meets military standards for flame retardance. A hook and loop strip along its length makes it easy to wrap around and access installed components. Since this sleeving is braided, heat and moisture have space to escape.
    Cut this sleeving to length with a hot-blade knife.

    Wire sleeving fully encloses your bundle like duct and tube cable holders, yet it's flexible, so it installs around corners. Snap it into your rail's T-slot. It folds around cables and tubing and locks together like a zip-close bag—no disassembly or rewiring required to install it. It seals out water, dust, and debris. Made of PVC, this sleeving resists abrasion and won’t deteriorate from exposure to chemicals and oil. It’s also flame-rated VW-1 to meet requirements for preventing the spread of flames based on a timed test with vertically suspended material. Overall, it’s a good choice to protect wiring in harsh conditions from machine guards to conveyor lines.
    90° Raceway Elbows—Snap these 90° raceway elbows (sold separately) onto wire sleeving to protect your wiring in corners. They bend your wire evenly to avoid snag points.
    Slider Tools—Use these slider tools (sold separately) to speed up installation. Pinch the ends of the track together and slide the tool on, then pull it along the seam just like a zipper.
