    Quick-Connect Push-On Butt Splices

Image of Product. Front orientation. Wire Splices, Connectors, and Taps. Quick-Connect Push-On Butt Splices.
An economical alternative to our quick-connect clamp-on option, these splices are as quick to install but harder to adjust. Push wire into each end without the need for an installation tool. The splices have a test socket to safely test the voltage after installation.

Extend a run or repair damaged wire instead of installing a new line. Squeeze the wire splice with a crimping tool for a secure end-to-end connection.
Vinyl Plastic Insulation—Our basic insulation covers the wire to prevent short circuits. It won’t break down from dirt, grime, and occasional twists and tugs.
Nylon Insulation—In addition to preventing short circuits, this wear-resistant insulation protects wire from vibration and rubbing against nearby edges.
Double Crimp—The choice for wire that’s frequently pulled, bent, or vibrated. Crimp the splice twice on each end for an extra-strong grip on the wire.

    Vacuum Evaporation Boats

Image of Product. Front orientation. Vacuum Evaporation Boats. Style B.

    Style B

Hold and heat coating material to extremely high temperatures for use in high-vacuum thin film coating processes. Also known as physical vapor deposition (PVD), thin film coating creates micron-thin, consistently smooth finishes on knobs, mirrors, and other objects.
These boats are designed for use with metal coating hooks and pellets. Hang a hook of coating material on a wire coil or place pellets of material in a basket or in a bowl.
A boat's material and thickness determine the amount of electricity required to heat it. In general, the thicker the boat, the greater the amount of electricity needed to heat it. As a reference, required current describes what is necessary to heat these boats to a given temperature. Exact values will depend on your application.

Undersized Hardened Multipurpose M2 High-Speed Tool Steel Rods

Image of Product. Front orientation. Steel. Undersized Hardened Multipurpose M2 High-Speed Tool Steel Rods.
These rods, also known as drill blanks, have an undersized diameter for machining your own drill bits. They're hardened for increased abrasion and impact resistance. M2 tool steel offers a nice balance of wear resistance and machinability. It has a high molybdenum content, which allows it to maintain sharp cutting edges even at elevated temperatures.

Medium-Wall (IMC) and Thick-Wall (RMC) Metal Conduit and Fittings

Image of System. Front orientation. Conduit and Fittings. Medium-Wall (IMC) and Thick-Wall (RMC) Metal Conduit and Fittings.
The industry standards, IMC and RMC conduit systems offer the most durable protection indoors, outdoors, and underground. Both types have the same outside diameter, so they use many of the same fittings. This interchangeability makes retrofits easier and reduces the parts you need to keep on hand.

    Moisture-Resistant Crimp-On Butt Splices

Image of Product. Front orientation. Wire Splices, Connectors, and Taps. Moisture-Resistant Crimp-On Butt Splices.
Unlike other crimp-on butt splices, a grease filler repels moisture to prevent corrosion and keep your wire dry and conductive. Attach your wire with a crimping tool to avoid a damaged splice and loose connection.
