Lightweight Composite T-Slotted Framing and Fittings

Build lightweight structures, such as light duty machine guards, enclosures, and carts, with framing that is two-thirds the weight of aluminum framing. Made of 30% polypropylene and 70% wood, they’re not as strong as aluminum rails, but they’re nonconductive, easy to machine, and more corrosion resistant. Good for lab environments, they also withstand cleaning with chemicals better than aluminum. Use their continuous T-slots to attach fittings. They work with any T-slotted component for 40 mm rails that doesn’t require machining. View additional structural brackets and fasteners.

Wood Platform Trucks

Wood platforms are quieter, and grip loads and absorb impact better than trucks with a metal platform. Two swivel and two rigid casters make these carts easy to steer. Handles are removable for use as a dolly.

Style A trucks have additional braces on the handle to prevent items from sliding off.

Style C trucks have a steel-reinforced platform and edge for extra durability.

Rubber tread-on-core wheels have a hard core for strength surrounded by a shock- and sound-absorbing tread for a cushioned ride on all surfaces. Polyurethane tread-on-core wheels have a hard core for strength and an abrasion-resistant, nonmarking, and shock-absorbing tread for cushioning. Use them on all floor types, including areas with debris. The swivel casters have wheel brakes to prevent rolling. Pneumatic rubber wheels provide a cushioned ride over the roughest surfaces, such as gravel.

Raised-Platform Trucks

Wood Platform

Reduce bending while loading and unloading—raised platforms keep material at a comfortable working height.

Wood platforms are quieter, and grip loads and absorb impact better than trucks with a steel platform. Adjust the platform height in 3" increments from 25" to 34" high by loosening the leg bolts.

Trucks have two rigid and two swivel casters for easy steering and shock-absorbing rubber wheels for a quiet ride.

Wood Wagons

These wagons provide a smooth and gentle ride for transporting fragile loads. They roll on pneumatic wheels that cushion the load over rough surfaces and obstructions. The wheels are also quieter and absorb impact better than steel wagons. These wagons have a two-piece handle that steers the front wheels independently for better stability.
