    Mount these lights to a workstation or dry machining center and use the flexible arm to position them close to your task. Also known as gooseneck-arm lights, they hold their shape once you bend them. They have a narrow head that won’t block your view of repairs, inspections, and other detail work.
    Style A—Style A are the brightest lights, so they’re good for projecting over a large area.
    Style C—Style C are dimmable. They have an attractive aluminum head that’s powder-coated for a finished look.
    Style D—Style D have the longest reach and the smallest head, so they stretch across large surfaces and squeeze into tight spots.
    Style E—Style E are dimmable. They have a long lens that spreads light evenly across your workspace. Rotate the eye shield to direct the light where you need it and block glare from the LEDs.

    Stretch the arm across large machines to bring these lights directly over your workpiece. Also known as articulating arm lights, these lights have rigid sections that hold their position—even when fully extended or exposed to vibration. They’re built from top to bottom to handle the tough conditions near your machine. The head and arm are aluminum, so they stay strong against flying debris and resist corrosion. Their lens is made of heat- and chemical-resistant glass that’s sealed to keep out fluids, chips, and shavings. Dim these lights by pressing down the push button. The longer you press, the dimmer they get.
    Style A—Style A have knobs to lock the head adjustment in place.
    Plug In—Lights with a plug connect to a standard wall outlet.
    IP65 Enclosure Rating—IP65 rated lights are dust tight and protect against low-pressure washdowns.
    IP67 Enclosure Rating—IP67 lights are sealed for protection against dust and temporary submersion.

    Illuminated Clamp-On Workstation Magnifiers

    More securely mounted than weighted-base magnifiers while taking up less space on your work surface, these illuminated magnifiers clamp to the side of a workbench. They shine bright light onto workpieces, so you can get a clear view into nooks and crevices. The sturdy pivoting arm holds its position more rigidly than gooseneck arms.
    Add-on lenses mount over the existing lens to increase magnification. To calculate overall magnification, add the magnification strength of the add-on lens with the strength of the existing lens.

    Magnifiers with LED light shine down from all angles, creating even lighting for shadow-free inspections. LED lights last more than five times longer than fluorescent lights.
    Enclosed Spring—Magnifiers with an enclosed spring block debris from getting stuck and hindering arm movement.
    Open Spring—Magnifiers with an open spring are lightweight and have knobs at the top of the arm to precisely adjust the position of the lens. The springs are easy to clean but require more maintenance because dust and debris can get stuck in them.
    Pivoting Head—Magnifiers with a pivoting head let you adjust the lens up and down independently of the arm.
    360° Rotating Head—Magnifiers with a 360° rotating head let you adjust the lens in all directions for precise angling.
    Cool Light and Daylight Light—Magnifiers with a cool or daylight light appearance produce a crisp and clean light ideal for inspection. They’re brighter than those with a neutral light appearance and highlight white and blue tones.
    Neutral Light—Magnifiers with a neutral light appearance look less blue than those with cool or daylight lighting, causing less strain on your eyes over longer periods of use.
    Dimmer—Magnifiers with a dimmer have adjustable brightness to reduce glare on reflective surfaces.
    ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Safe—ESD (electrostatic discharge) safe magnifiers won’t pass along harmful charges if they come in contact with sensitive components thanks to a coating that dissipates static electricity.

    From pipes to pallet racks to control panels—these lights clamp onto almost anything and swivel to direct light just where you need it. They have a magnetic base to attach to most metal surfaces and can also be used as freestanding lights. You won’t be tethered to an outlet or extension cord, since they use battery power. A battery life indicator tells you how much charge you have left. Even while charging, you can still use the light, so your job isn’t on hold. Fold the head down to take up less storage space.
    IP rated, these lights are sealed to keep out humidity and dripping and splashing liquids. They’re also tested against ANSI/PLATO FL 1 standards to confirm the accuracy of performance attributes such as beam distance, impact resistance, and battery life.
    Style A—Style A are also IP rated for dust, so you can use them when sanding, grinding, and in other messy applications. They have a USB charger port for powering other things such as phones and earbuds.
    Style B—Style B have a maximum grip of 5”—wide enough to clamp on the side of a pallet or a support beam. Their grips are rubber-coated to prevent scratching surfaces. You’ll have two beam options: a spotlight for longer distances and a floodlight for close-up tasks; adjust both with high, medium, and low settings. With a gasket-sealed lens that’s made of glass, these lights resist solvents and oil.

    Attach these lights in one of the quick-clamp ports for a clear view of what's inside tanks, filters, and other closed containers used in brewery, pharmaceutical, and food-processing lines. Made with a 316 stainless steel body that is IP65 and NEMA 4X rated, they seal out dirt and dust, and won't corrode from frequent rinsing with harsh cleaners and sanitizers. With rounded edges, polished surfaces, and a fused lens, there aren’t any crevices for water and bacteria to hide in, so you can leave them mounted to machinery during cleaning. The lens doesn’t contain Bisphenol A (BPA), Bisphenol B (BPB), or BPA derivates (BPX), which are chemicals that could contaminate food and beverage applications. These lights also meet ASME BPE, which is a design standard for bioprocessing equipment that helps ensure purity and safety.
    You’ll need to make sure your tank has at least two ports, since these lights require their own port. They mount to the port using quick-clamp clamps (not included), while leaving the other port for viewing. Mounting the light this way makes it easy to install and remove for cleaning.
    With built-in LEDs, these lights last longer, are more efficient, and generate less heat than other light technologies. Their cool light appearance is good for viewing the contents of stainless steel containers, such as brew kettles and bioreactors. The narrow 25° beam angle concentrates light output through the lens and into the tank. Made of plastic, the lens resists shattering, high temperatures, corrosion, and chemicals. It’s reinforced around the edge with 304 stainless steel, so it won’t chip, crack, and break from the pressure of the quick-clamp fitting. Attach the lens to the body using the included set screws.
