High-Capacity Robot Workstations
Support large robot arms and heavy payloads—these workstations can handle up to 1,800 pounds. With capacity to spare, add all the components and accessories you need for today’s job and tomorrow’s upgrades.
Optimize these workstations to fit your setup. To get them at the height you need, you can raise and lower the legs in 1" increments. They have swivel casters too, so you can steer them into the right spot. Then, extend the casters’ leveling pad to keep the workstation in place and compensate for uneven floors. Store your robot controller, teach pendant, and other accessories on the shelf below to keep them accessible but out of the way.
These workstations are compatible with many common robot arms—use the mounting holes on top and included fasteners to attach them. When used with large arms, such as the FANUC CRX-25iA or 30iA, these workstations must be anchored for stability and safety.

Robot Workstations
Create a portable home base for your robot, controller, and workpieces. These workstations keep your setup organized with your robot mounted on top and your controller tucked away on the shelf below. They’re often used next to CNC machines, so your robot can load and unload parts. Expand your work surface, add storage, and customize these workstations with add-ons that keep you ready for whatever is next.
These workstations have swivel casters with brakes, so you can roll them between jobs across your facility and lock them in place. Leveling feet keep these workstations flat even when the floor isn’t.
The top of these workstations has mounting holes that work with common robot arms—attach your arm with fasteners (not included). They also come with a mount for your controller. To neatly route cords from controller to arm, there’s a cutout on the top.
You won’t waste time putting them together—they come fully assembled.

Expand your robot arm’s work surface. Simply mount these extensions to either side of the workstation with the included fasteners. They fold down to save space when not in use.
Store tools and more. You won’t waste time putting them together—they come fully assembled.
2-drawer cabinets mount to the underside of the workstation top.
4-drawer cabinets mount to the bottom shelf of the workstation. They have a keyed lock to keep your items secure.

Hold workpieces at the best angle for pickup by your robot. Mount them anywhere on the workstation top—just drill holes and secure them with the included fasteners. For a complete assembly, you’ll need fixture plates and pegs (both sold separately). These platforms come with locating pins to ensure repeatability when swapping fixture plates and hairpin clips to hold them securely.

Keep workpieces in position so your robot arm can grab them. You can arrange pegs (sold separately) to hold a variety of differently shaped workpieces. Made of stainless steel, these plates stand up to corrosion, and handle cutouts make them easy to pick up.
For heavy workpieces, use the included rest pads between the plate and platform to keep the plate from bowing. Each pad needs a peg to hold it in place.

Create custom layouts on fixture plates to hold your workpieces. To keep the pegs secure on the plate, they come with a screw. Push the screw through the backside of the fixture plate hole, then thread the peg on from the front of the plate. Stack these pegs to support taller parts. You’ll need a screw long enough to secure all the pegs in the stack.

T-Slotted Robot Workstations
With a top that’s T-slotted from edge to edge, these workstations let you endlessly adjust your robot and fixtures as you iterate setups. Optimize them to hold workpieces, trays, sensors, and more for a variety of robot tasks, from machine tending to dispensing glue. Use the included mount to secure FANUC CRX, Universal Robots (UR), or other common robot arms anywhere on the workstation top. These workstations come fully assembled with hardware to attach the mount to the workstation. However, you’ll need fasteners to attach your robot to the mount.
These workstations have swivel casters with brakes, so you can roll them between jobs and lock them in place. Store your teach pendant, robot controller, and other accessories behind the cabinet doors below—or remove the doors for easy access.
