    Spline Opening

These versatile wrenches turn a range of hex, 12-point, and spline fasteners. With more points of contact than 12-point openings, the spline-shaped box end gets a better grip on nuts and bolts and is less likely to round off corners. Rotate these wrenches without having to remove and reposition them. They're commonly used where you don't have enough space for full turns. To switch between loosening and tightening, flip them over.
Polished—The smooth surface is easy to wipe clean of grime. The mirror-like finish lends a high-end look to any toolkit.
Chrome-Plated Steel—The most popular finish, these wrenches won't rust or chip. Although they withstand moisture better than black oxide, they don't hold up to harsh chemicals as well as stainless steel.

    Quick-Change Hex

    Shank

Similar to Phillips bits, but with offset wings for a better grip. The bits in these sets are less likely to slip out of the screw head and damage the fastener.
Hex Shank—Also known as insert bits, these snap into hand tools. If you want to use them with power tools, attach a bit adapter (not included).
Quick-Change Hex Shank—Lock these bits directly into power tools. They won't wobble as much as bits paired with an adapter, so they are the best choice for high-precision tasks.
Steel—Best for dry environments, since moisture will cause these bits to rust.

    Plain-Grip Screwdrivers

Image of Product. Front orientation. Screwdrivers. Plain-Grip Screwdrivers.
Ideal for industrial maintenance, these no-frills screwdrivers withstand years of heavy use in the shop and on the jobsite. The hard plastic handle won't crack or wear out from drops and scrapes. It's also easy to wipe down and won't get sticky or gummy when exposed to oils or chemicals, unlike a soft handle.
Standard Length—The most common screwdriver length for a specific drive size.
Premium—The best screwdrivers available, with tips machined to tight tolerances for the tightest possible fit in fastener recesses. The snug fit means they'll turn screws quickly without wearing screw heads and the driver's tip.
