They work with a standard square-drive tool and a box or open-end wrench. Tighten them with your square-drive tool and give them an additional turn with the leverage from your open-end or box wrench. Or just use a box or open-end wrench when you can’t fit your square-drive tool. Pair them with hand-drive tools only.
