Air-Powered Impact Wrenches



Loosen stubborn fasteners—these wrenches operate at full torque counterclockwise to break stuck bolts free. You can also use them clockwise within their working torque range to tighten fasteners more quickly than with manual wrenches. Use these wrenches with impact sockets only. Air-powered tools require lubrication to operate properly.
D-handle grip wrenches are heavier than straight or pistol grip wrenches, so you need to use two hands to deliver their full power.
Ring-and-hole and hole-style socket retainers hold sockets more securely than ring-style retainers and require a retaining ring.

Heavy Duty Air-Powered Impact Wrenches


Built to withstand tough environments, these wrenches have steel or titanium housings to protect them if they fall. Use them when you need high force to turn fasteners. To break stuck fasteners free, apply full torque counterclockwise. To drive fasteners, turn them clockwise within the working torque range. These wrenches can only be used with impact sockets. Air-powered tools require lubrication to operate properly.
Ring-and-hole style and hole-style socket retainers require a retaining ring (not included).

Impact Flex Socket Adapters
Convert your impact socket into a flex socket to access fasteners from an angle. Also known as universal joints. These adapters are sturdy, so they’ll withstand the high torque and force of impact tools.
Adapters with 50° access angle have two pivot points to reach fasteners at an angle twice as steep as standard adapters.
Adapters that list a compatible retaining ring ID require a locking retainer. Use with an impact wrench that has a pin-style socket retainer, or use a socket retaining ring with tools that have a hole- or hole-and-ring style socket retainer.

One-Piece Socket Retaining Rings

The pin on these retainers is permanently connected to the ring, so they're less likely to dislodge when used with an impact wrench compared to two-piece retaining rings. Use them to secure impact sockets and adapters to a tool that has a hole- or a ring-and-hole style retainer. Rings for 3/4" square drive and larger have a crush gauge on the pin that deforms when sockets become worn and need to be replaced.
