These additives help you comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs for food safety. And because these pens are blue, they’re easy to spot and retrieve. They come as one piece, so there are no loose parts that could fall into your line or spaces where bacteria could grow. FDA compliant, they’re also safe to touch food.
The pointed tip on these pens is more precise than a fingertip. However, since they’re not conductive, these pens won’t work on touch screens that require electricity from a finger.
