Zinc-Galvanized Low-Carbon Steel Sheets and Bars

Zinc Sheets
Considered commercially pure, this material is 99% zinc.
Use foil as an alternative to lead for sound barriers and vibration dampers, as well as for EMI-RFI shields and architectural sheeting.
Use sheets to make parts that draw corrosion away from nearby metal in water tanks, heat exchangers, and marine applications. They meet MIL-A-18001 for chemical composition, so they break down faster than other types of metal. Attach them directly to the materials you want to protect.
