Leveling Plate Casters


Swivel Casters, Thumb-Wheel Adjustment	Swivel Casters Ratchet Adjustment

Swivel Casters Nut Adjustment

Use screws or bolts to attach the mounting plate on these casters to a flat surface. Adjust the leveling pad to keep your equipment stationary and compensate for uneven floors.

Nylon—Nylon wheels are impact- and wear-resistant. They work well on smooth surfaces.

Polyurethane Rubber—Polyurethane rubber wheels combine the abrasion resistance of plastic with the shock-absorbing qualities of rubber. Their aluminum core adds strength to the wheel without sacrificing cushioning. Use them on smooth or rough floors and in areas with debris.

Thumb-Wheel Adjustment—Turn the thumb wheel to lower or raise the leveling pad.

Ratchet Adjustment—Ratchet pulls out for easy adjustment and retracts out of the way when not in use.

Nut Adjustment—Nut adjustment requires a wrench to move the leveling pad.

304 Stainless Steel Frame—Casters with 304 stainless steel frame offer good corrosion resistance.

Kingpinless Swivel Caster—Kingpinless swivel construction distributes impact better than standard kingpin casters, enabling smooth swiveling and extending service life.

Dual-Raceway Bearing—Dual-raceway swivel bearings swivel more smoothly than ball bearings.

Threaded-Stem Leveling Casters

Install these casters into a threaded hole and adjust the leveling pad to keep your equipment stationary and compensate for uneven floors. Wheels ride directly on the axle rather than on bearings, making them an economical choice for equipment not frequently moved. Casters have dual-raceway swivel bearings for the smoothest swiveling.

Hydraulic lift kits with casters allow you to move heavy equipment, then set it in place on leveling feet. To use, mount the casters and pump on T-slotted framing and connect the casters to the pump with the included tubing. Use the hand crank to raise and lower the casters.

Floor Locks

Stabilize carts, trucks, workbenches, and other mobile equipment during loading and unloading. Floor locks bolt or weld to the underside of your equipment and have a spring-loaded base with a nonskid floor pad to keep equipment stationary.

Note: Floor locks are not load rated. They are designed to brake your equipment in place, not lift it off the floor.

Easy-Turn Leveling Plate Casters

The dual-wheel design of these casters provides better load distribution and easier turning than other leveling casters. Turn the nut to adjust the leveling pad to keep your equipment stationary and compensate for uneven floors. Casters have sealed dual-raceway bearings for the smoothest swiveling and protection from dust and debris.

Phenolic—Phenolic wheels are nonmarking and perform well at high temperatures. They roll best on smooth surfaces.

Polyurethane Rubber—Polyurethane rubber wheels combine the abrasion resistance of plastic with the shock-absorbing qualities of rubber. Use them on smooth or rough floors and in areas with debris.

These dual-purpose batteries provide a surge of power to start automobiles and other vehicles, and they deliver power over a long period of time. They're deep cycle, so they can handle many charge/deep discharge cycles. Because they are wet-cell batteries and contain electrolyte in an unsealed container, they must be mounted upright. They may occasionally need to be filled with distilled water.

Reserve capacity is the number of minutes that a new, fully charged battery can continuously discharge at 25 amps at 80° F. Marine cranking amps is the maximum amps that a new, fully charged battery can continuously deliver for 30 seconds at 32° F.
