Access your roof from inside your building. These doors stack above the frame to keep the opening completely clear for safe passage. Spring-assist supports counterbalance the door's weight so one person can open it easily. A foam-insulated panel helps reduce heat transfer through the roof opening. The padlockable hasp secures the hatch, and an exterior push-button release allows reentry from the roof. A hold-open arm locks the door upright to prevent it from closing unexpectedly.
Primed Steel—Accepts field-applied paint to match surrounding roofing materials.
Aluminum—Naturally corrosion resistant and lighter weight, so it needs no painting and is easier to operate over time.
