Pull and pinch metal extrusions, such as L-channels, so they fit precisely around contoured edges and frames. These curvers shrink or compress curves as well as smooth ridges and dents without heating or welding.

Carry hand-held curvers along with you to jobs. They’re small enough to fit where floor-stand models can't.

Curvers with a stand have foot pedals to keep your hands free to move the metal and complete jobs faster than hand-held models. Mounted on casters, you can move the curvers around your shop.

Fold corners in flat metal sheets to create your own bin boxes, drip pans, and other three-dimensional objects. Similar to tucking the corners of a bedsheet, these benders twist and wrap the metal into triangle-shaped folds to form corners. Finish the fold by creasing it with a regular hand-held sheet metal bender.

Style A benders have a longer throat depth for making deeper corners. They create corners in any angle.

Style B benders form precise 45° or 90° corners. They have a finger hole for additional gripping options.

Create bends, curves, and circles in sheet metal.

Style A, also known as slip rolls, can form a single curve. The rollers also have wire grooves to shape three sizes of wire. They mount to a table or bench top.

Style B, also known as English wheels, can form compound curves. They come with six lower rollers to form a 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", or 12" radius. Use the smaller radius rollers for tight contours and the larger rollers for flatter contours.

Save space in your shop by cutting, bending, and curving sheet metal with a single machine. Also known as shear brake rolls. Use the blade on the shear to make clean, straight cuts; it has two cutting edges for twice the life. A press brake makes bends up to 90°. Create curves and circles with the slip roll.

When using the shear or press brake, set the manual back gauge to precisely position the sheet metal for consistent cuts or bends.

Open sheet metal seams without cutting. The jaws slide under seams to pry the sheets apart. Because you’ve unfolded the sheet metal instead of cutting it, you can reuse both panels.

These benders are compatible with plastics such as acrylic, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, PVC, CPVC, ABS, and Kydex. Place a sheet between the heating bars to soften it. Heating time varies between 30 seconds and 12 minutes based on material type and thickness. Use wood or metal supports (not included) under the sheet during heating. V-groove attachment creates sharp, nonradius 90° bends in polypropylene and polyethylene sheets by melting a deep groove in the material. Excess material forms a raised edge along the inside of the bend to reinforce the angle.

Benders with a maximum temperature of 400° include a dial for smooth and precise temperature adjustments. All have an aluminum frame.

Make different edge styles on your sheet metal. It comes with rollers for turning, wiring, burring, beading, and crimping.

Also known as ring rollers, these curvers shape wire, rods, and flat stock into curves and circles. Turn the handle to drive material through the steel rollers. With each pass through the rollers, tighten the tensioner knob in small increments to gradually increase the curve.

Curvers with stand come with three sets of rollers—one for flat stock and two for wire and rods. They can apply pressure from either side of the bottom roller, creating more curve options.

Create squares, coils, and S-shapes. This bender can be mounted to your bench top or clamped in a vise.

Edge bending kit attaches to the bender and includes three discs to bend the edge of flat material.

Circle pins make additional sizes of bends and coils.

Also known as a 40-ton metalworker, these hydraulic machines handle a variety of forming tasks including pressing, punching, notching, and shearing. The safety guard complies with ANSI B11.8 standards. Machines require 1 1/2 gallons of Mobil DTE 24 Ultra or equivalent hydraulic oil (sold separately).
