Flexible Kink Absorbers for Air and Water Hose

- Temperature Range: -25° to 350° F
Reduce sharp bends at the end of air and water hose that block flow and damage the hose. These kink absorbers support the connection between the hose and fitting. To install, push these kink absorbers over hose before attaching a fitting. If you’re having trouble getting them onto your hose, lubricate with soapy water. Once you’ve put on a fitting, slide these absorbers back toward the end of the hose, securing them over the fitting’s connection point.
Choose a kink absorber with an ID that is the same or slightly smaller than your hose's OD. Use with crimp-on ferrules or with push-on hose fittings; the end will not stretch over most hose clamps.

Tapered Round Bellows with Cuff End and Flange End

Attach the cuff end with a hose clamp (not included), and screw mount the flange end. Also known as boots, these bellows are often used on CV joints. All are molded, which means they're airtight to keep contaminants out. Air venting may be necessary in fast-cycling applications. Slide these bellows over moving parts, such as rods and shafts.
0.04″-0.07″ thick bellows are more durable than 0.02″-0.04″ thick bellows, making them good for applications where parts are constantly moving.

Metal Telescoping Bellows

Made of coiled spring steel, these bellows protect equipment from hot and sharp chips. Slide them over moving parts, such as rods and shafts, and their spring action will hold them in place as they extend and retract between two parallel surfaces. Choose a bellows with an ID that's at least 1/4" larger than the diameter of the item to be covered.

Hydraulic Cylinder Bellows

Slip these bellows over hydraulic cylinder rods to keep them free from debris for a long service life. Sewn seams let these bellows breathe, so they retract quickly in fast-cycling applications. The seams will allow small amounts of moisture and dust to pass through. All of these bellows are sized to fit standard hydraulic cylinders. Secure the cuff ends with the included hose clamps.
