Compact Build-Your-Own Latching Connectors
Build a connector that fits in tight spaces by combining male and female inserts and then pairing them with any base and hood of the same material. Use them to protect connections while maintaining access. The base and hood latch together securely, yet can be quickly detached for equipment repair or replacement. Once assembled, they’re rated NEMA 4X for protection against washdowns and NEMA 12 to resist oil/coolant dripping.
Latching connectors that are rated IP67 can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.

Latching connectors with cord grips protect cable from strain and remain secure even if cable is accidentally tugged. Connectors with two cord grips are typically used to create a disconnection point on equipment that cannot have a panel cutout, such as curved or compact equipment.
Screw terminal wire connections do not require special tools to create connections. Crimp on wire connections are more secure than screw terminal wire connections and hold up to bending and twisting. Use a crimping tool to install the crimping pins. For 12-pole connectors, you also need a positioner to hold pins at the correct height while crimping. Crimping tool and positioner are both sold separately.
NEMA 4X rated connectors protect against washdowns. NEMA 12 rated connectors resist oil/coolant dripping. IP65 rated connectors protect against dust and rinsing. IP67 rated connectors can be temporarily submerged.

Stackable Pin-to-Pin Connectors
Six Housings Shown
Stack housings and lock them together to form a connector with as many poles as you need. Connectors have a slotted dovetail on each side—align the slots and slide the housings together to lock. An internal stainless steel spring ensures that the pins maintain constant pressure. Current rating is based on a single-pole configuration using the largest wire shown within each range. Also known as power-pole connectors.

Solenoid Valve Cords
Use these cords with hydraulic and air-powered valves, motors, pumps, and pressure switches. They have a solenoid valve socket on one end and an M12 threaded plug on the other. The ground connection is not included in the number of poles. A power-indicating light on the socket illuminates when the cord has power. All are IP-rated for protection from washdowns and temporary submersion.
