Static-Eliminating Bars
Also known as ionizing bars, these bars remove static from moving materials on conveyors and assembly lines where there is little or no air movement. Mount bars 1" to 7" from the material. Do not mount directly over metal parts or rollers; the metal will absorb the ion charge and reduce the effectiveness of the bar.
Power supplies are required and can operate up to two static-eliminating bars.
Optional bar tester indicates whether your static eliminator is operating.

Workstation Static Eliminators with Fan
Spread the range of static control further than static eliminators without a fan. Small enough to fit on your desktop, these create an ionized field across your immediate workspace to protect against electrostatic discharge.
Static eliminators with a heater offer an optional warm airflow for comfort in cool areas.
Static eliminators with a quiet mode have a slower fan speed than other static eliminators and are often used in small-parts and soldering applications. They’re also suitable for use in clean rooms rated to both Federal Standard and ISO classes.
Use the optional articulating arms for positioning the static eliminators.
The replacement filter kits contain one filter retainer, which holds a filter in place, and one filter.

Static-Eliminating Air Knives
An ionizing bar temporarily neutralizes static to protect against ESD (electrostatic discharge). Air knives create a sheet of high-velocity air for drying and cooling parts, wiping conveyor belts, controlling coating depth, and blowing liquids, chips, and dust from equipment. They conform to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.242 requirements for maximum air outlet pressure and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 requirements for noise. Volume (dBA) is measured 3 ft. from the air knife.
A power supply (sold separately) is required. It has two ports for connecting up to two air knives.
Air knives can be mounted with an adjustable arm or mounting bracket (sold separately). Knives up 6” wide can be supported with rigid pipe connected to your air supply.
Shim sets (sold separately) install in the airflow slot to adjust the flow and force of air.
