Low-Pressure Iron and Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings
Use these fittings for low-pressure applications in noncorrosive environments.
Locknuts thread onto the male end of a fitting to provide extra holding power so the fitting won’t loosen from vibration. Some meet DIN 431, which is an international standard for pipe fitting locknut dimensions.
NPTF (Dryseal) threads, NPSC (National Pipe Straight Coupling) threads, and NPSL (National Pipe Straight Locknut) threads are compatible with NPT threads.

- For Use With: Air, Natural Gas, Oil, Steam, Water
- Pressure Class:
NPSL: 150 - Specifications Met:
NPSL: ASME B16.14
BSPP: DIN 431 - Pipe Nipples and Pipe:
NPSL: Use Schedule 40 steel
Low-Pressure Galvanized Iron and Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings
The galvanized finish on these fittings provides fair corrosion resistance. Fittings are for use in low-pressure applications.

Extreme-Pressure Steel Threaded Pipe Fittings
The strongest steel fittings we offer, these can withstand extreme-pressure applications.
Galvanized and zinc-plated steel fittings have better corrosion resistance than plain steel fittings. PTFE-coated steel fittings have better corrosion resistance than galvanized and zinc-plated steel fittings.

Locknuts for Metal Conduit Fittings

316 Stainless
Steel, and Aluminum

Secure threaded metal conduit fittings to a knockout in an outlet box or enclosure.
Zinc-plated steel, 316 stainless steel, and aluminum locknuts are compatible with NPSL and NPSM threads.
Locknuts with a PVC molded gasket create a seal for moisture protection.
Locknuts with serrated facing grip the material surface for more stability, compared to locknuts with smooth facing.

Steel Hex Panel Nuts
Fasten these panel nuts with a wrench for more torque while tightening than knurled panel nuts. Also known as dress nuts, they're extremely thin for use in tight spaces such as electrical panels.
Zinc-plated steel nuts resist corrosion in wet environments.
Black-oxide steel nuts have a dark surface color.
