    Abrasive Blasting Nozzles

Full Cone Airflow Pattern—Create a wider airflow pattern than focused nozzles for more coverage. These nozzles are ideal for large areas.
Focused Airflow Pattern—Blast media in a tight, concentrated stream. These nozzles are ideal for touch-ups and small areas without wasting media or damaging nearby surfaces.

    Abrasive Blasting Cabinets

Contain blasting media, dust, and debris while finishing your parts. These cabinets keep your workspace cleaner than mobile blasters. After blasting, media automatically recycles back into the cabinet so you don’t have to pause and refill. Also known as siphon cabinets, they have a suction feed. They propel media slower than pressure-feed cabinets but have fewer moving parts, so they require less maintenance. However, their slower speeds makes them incompatible for use with metallic blasting media.
These cabinets arrive fully assembled, welded, and sealed, so no extra PPE is needed during blasting. Built from thick 14- and 11-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish, they resist wear and hold up to frequent use. The included dust collector clears dust inside the cabinet to maintain visibility. A safety switch stops airflow when the door opens.
Do not use with steel grit, steel shot, stainless steel shot, baking soda, dolomite, or plastic grit.

These cabinets stand on a frame so that the arm holes are at a comfortable height to blast while standing.

    Replacements for Abrasive Blasting Guns

    Automated-Control Abrasive Blasting Cabinets

Smooth and clean parts hands-free. With these cabinets, you won't have to juggle moving your part, holding the blasting gun, and pressing a pedal to blast like you would with traditional abrasive blasters. Just choose a cleaning routine on the touchscreen and they’ll get the job done in as little as 15 minutes. They both blast and tumble your parts to remove rough edges and contaminants, even from shallow holes and internal channels. And to make your parts clean to the touch, an ionizer at the tip of the blasting gun neutralizes the charge. That means static won’t cause particles to cling to your parts. For delicate parts you don’t want to tumble, switch to manual mode and use these cabinets like a traditional blasting cabinet.
They’ll work anywhere with a compressed air source. Quieter than a hair dryer, the tempered glass window muffles their noise. They also filter debris out from the media, recycling it so you can use it again.
Do not use with steel shot or baking soda.

Easy-Load Abrasive Blasting Cabinets for Large Parts

The entire top of these cabinets opens to fit parts too large for standard cabinets. The spring-assisted mechanism opens the door so a single person can load objects without help. When fully open, the top provides enough clearance for a fork truck or crane to place parts directly on the work surface. Also known as siphon cabinets, they have a suction feed. They propel media slower than pressure-feed cabinets but have fewer moving parts, so they require less maintenance. However, their slower speed makes them incompatible for use with metallic blasting media.
These cabinets arrive fully assembled, welded, and sealed, so no extra PPE is needed during blasting. Made with powder-coated steel, they resist wear and hold up to frequent use. The included dust collector clears dust inside the cabinet to maintain visibility. A safety switch stops airflow when the door opens.
Do not use with steel grit, steel shot, stainless steel shot, baking soda, dolomite, or plastic grit.

Also known as siphon blasters, these have a suction feed. They propel media slower than pressure-feed blasters but have fewer moving parts, so they require less maintenance.
Do not use with steel grit, steel shot, stainless steel shot, baking soda, or dolomite.

Blast surfaces throughout your facility with minimal cleanup. These blasters combine the mobility of standard blasters with the cleanliness of blasting cabinets. Hold the gun against your work surface to create a seal. When you pull the trigger, abrasive and dust are vacuumed back in before they can spill to reduce airborne contaminants. The usable media is filtered from the dust and debris and automatically recycled back into the hopper to reduce downtime. Because the gun must stay sealed, these clean large areas slower than standard blasters. They’re best for small to medium surfaces in areas you want to keep clean.
Do not use with steel grit, steel shot, stainless steel shot, baking soda, dolomite, or plastic grit.
OSHA Compliant 29 CFR 1910.95—They conform to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 requirements for noise.

Capture 99% of dust and debris to extend the life of your filters. These separators spin dirty air through a cyclone-shaped airflow and drop dust out the bottom as clean air exits the top. Often used with shop vacuums, they prevent filter clogs and reduce motor strain to maintain strong suction. They’re also commonly installed between abrasive blasting cabinets and dust collectors to trap fine media before it reaches your dust collector.
Bucket- and Drum-Mount Dust Separators—Mount on a bucket or drum (sold separately) to deposit the dust as it’s separated out.
Dust Separators with Dust Collection Bin—An integrated dust bin means you don’t need a separate bucket or drum. Roll these separators wherever you need them, or attach them to your shop vacuum to cart them around as one unit.
Steel—More durable than plastic separators. These separators resist wear in heavy duty applications, such as separating out dust during abrasive blasting.

    Any-Orientation Handheld Abrasive Blasters

Image of Product. Front orientation. Abrasive Blasters. Any-Orientation Handheld Abrasive Blasters.
Blast at any angle to reach tight spots. These handheld blasters have a suction feed to pull media into the airstream regardless of orientation. Carry them anywhere for small jobs such as cleaning, texturing, etching glass, or removing rust and paint. Just connect an air source—they have a built-in media reservoir.
Use them with any abrasive media. They also work for pressure washing with liquids.

    Replacement Bases

Control the amount of abrasive material that your blast hose releases by using these valves, which have a knob for adjusting the size of their opening. To help you find the right size quickly, there’s a virtual position indicator under the knob. Their stainless steel body resists wear and won’t rust in damp locations. Abrasive material passes through the valve’s base, so for extreme durability the base is made of steel and the seat and gasket are polyurethane. When it’s time to remove debris from these valves, you don’t have to take them apart because they have a cleanout port. To eliminate air leaks, their bolt holes are sealed.
