High-Strength 2024 Aluminum Bars

Keyed Rotary Shafts

Match with a machine key to prevent slipping while transmitting torque to gears and other components. Turned, ground, and polished to tight tolerances, these shafts reduce vibration, evenly distribute loads, and improve accuracy.

Fully Keyed

Mount components anywhere along the length of these shafts. For secure torque transmission, slide a component from either end and lock it into place with an ANSI machine key (sold separately).

Lightweight Aluminum—Best for light duty applications, these shafts are one-third the weight of steel shafts, corrosion resistant, and easy to machine.
