Pipe Cradles for Loop Hangers

Also known as pipe shields, these cradles provide additional support and prevent insulation from tearing when routing insulated pipe through loop hangers.
Adhesive-mount cradles have an adhesive strip that attaches the cradle to the pipe’s insulation.

Strut-Mount Routing Saddles for Insulated Pipe

Clip these saddles around the outside of strut channel for a quick way to route insulated tubing and pipe. Curved edges on each end of the saddle protect insulation from abrasion if the pipe moves.

Acid-Resistant Silica Insulation Sheets for Furnaces

- Temperature Range: 0° to 2000° F
- Heat Flow Rate: 0.78 Btu @ 800° F
- Density: 10 lbs./cu. ft.
- Color: White
Commonly used in furnaces and engine compartments, these flexible silica fiber sheets resist corrosive acids. They perform best at temperatures above 1000° F.
Ceramic Fiber Insulation Sheets for Furnaces

- Temperature Range: See table
- Heat Flow Rate: See table
- Density: See table
- Color: White
- Specifications Met: See table
The most common of our flexible high-temperature sheets, these are used to insulate furnaces. They also can be fabricated into gaskets. Insulation performs best at temperatures above 1000° F.
Sheets without binder don’t have a binder that can burn when installed, so they won’t produce a strong odor. They’re often used to vacuum heat treat furnaces. However, they’re weaker and more brittle than sheets with a binder.
