Large-Diameter Swivel-Tip Thumb Screws
A wide tip provides more gripping power than standard swivel-tip thumb screws. To use, remove the tip, thread the screw through the hole, and attach the tip on the other side. The tip swivels in all directions for maximum contact with angled and uneven surfaces. A retaining spring holds the pad in place. They have a black-oxide finish that provides corrosion resistance in dry environments. Length is measured from under the collar. Optional extra-large steel tips offer more gripping strength. Optional plastic tips are soft, nonmarring, and made of acetal.
