    Torq-Set® Bits

Similar to Phillips bits, but with offset wings for a better grip. These bits are less likely to slip out of the screw head and damage the fastener.
Hex Shank—Also known as insert bits, these snap into hand tools. If you want to use them with power tools, attach a bit adapter (not included).
Quick-Change Hex Shank—Lock these bits directly into power tools. They won't wobble as much as bits paired with an adapter, so they are the best choice for high-precision tasks.
Steel—Best for dry environments, since moisture will cause these bits to rust.

These bits won't pop out under pressure. Grooves on the tip bite into the screw recess to prevent slipping. Torq-Set® bits are similar to Phillips bits, but with offset wings to handle more torque.
