The light touch of a finger turns circuits on and off without pressing down a contact. Program these switches to fit your application—control their color, pattern, and sensitivity. Change the color to show different process statuses. For more visibility, change the intensity of the color or choose a light pattern. These switches can flash, rotate, and show other patterns, all at speeds you can control. To change how much force they need to actuate, alter the sensitivity. With a high sensitivity, they’ll actuate even if you’re wearing gloves. With a low sensitivity, they’re more resistant to accidental actuation.
To program your switch, download the free Banner Pro Editor Software. You’ll need a switch programming kit (sold separately) to connect your switch to the software.
Copolyester Actuator Base—Switches with a copolyester base are FDA compliant for incidental food contact once installed.
Style D—Style D switches let you program their action to be momentary or maintained.
Audible Alarm Alert—Switches with an audible alarm can be programmed to 12 different tones ranging from sirens to melodies.

With just a light touch, these switches turn circuits on and off in sanitary areas—even when you're wearing gloves. They're ideal for environments that require frequent cleaning, such as food and pharmaceutical plants. Their smooth, crevice-free surfaces are easy to clean and prevent bacteria buildup. Rated IP69K, they withstand high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. They help you comply with European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG) sanitary standards.
These switches use IO Link, so you can change settings, view outputs, and receive error messages from a connected programmable logic controller (PLC) or computer. Commonly used on production lines, they alert your team to equipment issues as soon as they occur.

Build out human-machine interfaces by installing buttons, switches, gauges, and other components to monitor and control machinery. These enclosures have a large, slanted cover that holds components at a visible angle without blocking the view of your operation. They are about countertop height, so you can sit or stand during use. Remove the cover and doors to assemble electronics with more working space. They are IP and NEMA rated for protection from washdowns, oil, and dust.

From factory floors to outdoor installations, these rugged touchscreen computer monitors handle tough conditions. These are not your average monitors—a metal bezel protects them from bumps, scratches, and other damage. No flimsy plastic in sight. They’ll also do their job across a wide range of temperatures, so you can use them in hot or cold conditions without any lag. No internal fan means no need to worry about that as a point of failure or an opportunity for dust and debris to damage internal components. IP rated when mounted in a panel or enclosure, the front panel is sealed to handle dust and spaces that are frequently rinsed clean. As expected of something built to last, they meet safety standards.
The touchscreen gives you an intuitive and versatile HMI (human-machine interface) with a bright display, ensuring you can see readings no matter the lighting conditions. Scroll or zoom to check data, but keep in mind that these monitors won’t work with gloves unless they’re touchscreen compatible.
Mount them in a panel cutout or enclosure with the included panel mounting clamps. You can also attach these monitors to a bracket or positioning arm with a compatible VESA mounting hole pattern. All monitors come with a power adapter and cord that plugs into a standard outlet.
Front IP69K/Back IP50—IP69K/IP50 rated monitors have a front panel that resists high-pressure washdowns when mounted in an enclosure. The rear of these monitors is IP50 rated for protection against dust. They also meet MIL-STD-810, a rigorous military performance test for shock and vibration resistance.

Swipe through dashboards, pinch to zoom out, and use other simple gestures to navigate these HMIs. With a modern touchscreen, controlling and monitoring your equipment is as intuitive as using your phone. For safety, you can also create gestures that need two or more fingers for critical actions, such as starting a machine. Keep in mind that these HMIs won’t work with gloves unless they’re touchscreen compatible.
These HMIs come with software designed specifically to integrate with your PLC, so you don’t need to spend time or money on the complex setup and extra equipment of industrial PCs.
The manufacturer’s free PC software guides you through communication setup and screen design using drag-and-drop tools. Preview your layout, test navigation, and catch design errors before you connect to any equipment. When you’re ready, transfer your setup to the HMI with a USB cord, memory card, or Ethernet cord.
These HMIs support a wide range of PLCs, including those we currently offer and those from systems such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens. To view the full list of supported PLCs, barcode scanners, and other devices, click on a part number and select “Product Detail.” Drivers for specific PLCs save you setup time. However, you can always use a standard protocol such as Modbus RTU or EtherNet/IP—just expect more manual setup.
When mounted in an enclosure, the front of these HMIs is IP rated for protection against dust and light washdowns.
    Gesture Enabled Touchscreen
Maximum Screen Brightness—Maximum screen brightness is measured in candelas per square meter (cd/m2). 400 cd/m2 is similar to an office monitor, 800 cd/m2 suits bright factory floors, and 1200 cd/m2 stays visible even in direct sunlight.

From chemical plants to refineries, these HMIs let you safely control and monitor equipment in areas where flammable and combustible gases, vapors, and liquids may escape from leaks or failures. They’re rated for use in NEC Class 1, Division 2 hazardous locations. Since they come with a touchscreen and software designed specifically to integrate with your PLC, you don’t need to spend time or money on the complex setup and extra equipment of industrial PCs.
All of our HMIs support the PLCs we currently offer, plus those from systems such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens.
When mounted in an enclosure, the front of these HMIs is NEMA 4X and IP rated for protection against dust and light washdowns.
All of these HMIs are compatible with RFID readers.
    Pressure Activated Touchscreen
HMIs with a pressure-activated touchscreen respond to firm pressure, so you can use them while wearing gloves. They also work with a stylus, screwdriver handle, and other hard objects.
Built-In RFID Antenna—HMIs with a built-in RFID antenna let you log in and trigger actions without external readers, reducing components that could spark or fail.
Number of Supported Communication Drivers—Use the number of supported drivers to gauge compatibility. If your PLC is common, HMIs with fewer drivers likely support it, so you won’t need to pay for extra compatibility. To view the full list of supported PLCs, barcode scanners, and other devices, click on a part number and select "Product Detail." Drivers for specific PLCs save you setup time. However, you can always use a standard protocol such as Modbus RTU or EtherNet/IP—just expect more manual setup.
Maximum Screen Brightness—Maximum screen brightness is measured in candelas per square meter (cd/m2). 400 cd/m2 is similar to an office monitor, 800 cd/m2 suits bright factory floors, and 1200 cd/m2 stays visible even in direct sunlight.

    Pressure Activated Touchscreen
UV Resistant—UV-resistant HMIs have a coating on the touchscreen that blocks 99.9% of UV rays from the sun. This helps protect the electrical components from heat damage. It also reduces glare, so you can see the touchscreen better in direct sunlight.
IP68 Enclosure Rating—Those that are IP68 rated are protected from temporary submersion.
Number of Supported Communication Drivers—Use the number of supported drivers to gauge compatibility. Flat and completely smooth, these switches are easy to wipe down. They’re rated NEMA 3R, so they seal out water that could damage the circuitry. They also won’t corrode from mild cleaning solutions. With just a light tap, you can switch lights on and off, even if you’re wearing gloves.
302-304 Stainless Steel—Switches with a stainless steel wall plate resist wear and tear better than switches with a plastic wall plate.
