Ultra-High-Vacuum Hose with Flanges
Often found in semiconductor manufacturing and other demanding industrial applications, this hose handles nearly perfect vacuum. Sharp edges on the flanges dig into a copper gasket (sold separately) as you bolt the flanges together, creating a tighter seal than fittings with a rubber gasket. This allows the hose to maintain the ultra-high vacuum necessary for vacuum coating, heat treating, leak testing, and analyzing gases. The flanges are commonly referred to as ConFlat (CF) and UHV fittings. Thanks to its ribbed interior, this hose is flexible enough to connect misaligned components. That's why it's also called a bellows. The ribbing reduces vibration between components, such as vacuum pumps, valves, and chambers. Both the hose and flanges are made of stainless steel, so they resist rusting.
One of the flanges rotates, so you can easily match up the bolt holes with another flange. Make sure your mating flanges are the same size as these flanges.
Bolt kits are required to make a complete connection.

Underground PVC Pipe Fittings for Drain, Waste, and Vent
With thinner walls than Schedule 40 fittings, these are lighter in weight and have more space on the inside for high-flow applications, such as underground gravity-flow sewer and storm drainage lines. They are also known as SDR 35 fittings. Made of PVC, they have good strength and corrosion resistance. All meet an ASTM specification and testing requirement for material quality, dimensions, and workmanship.
Attach socket-connect ends to unthreaded pipe or another socket-connect fitting with a PVC primer and cement (also known as solvent weld). Threaded connections can be taken apart as needed for maintenance and repair.
Warning: Never use plastic pipe fittings and pipe with compressed air or gas.
Sealants cannot be sold to Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Northern Virginia, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Utah due to local VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) regulations.
To prevent leaks in threaded connections, apply a non-hardening, plastic-compatible sealant. Tape or sealants with PTFE are not recommended for plastic-to-plastic threaded connections. When making a threaded connection be careful not to overtighten the threads. To prevent cracks and leaks, finger tighten the fitting, then wrench-tighten one to two turns.

Fabricate containers, tanks, and lenses for light fixtures with these scratch- and UV-resistant cast acrylic tubes. Cast acrylic, which is comparable to Lucite and Plexiglas® Acrylic, is easier to machine than extruded acrylic. This material stands up to outdoor use better than polycarbonate and maintains clarity over time.
Strut-Mount Metal Routing Clamps
Route pipe, tubing, and conduit across strut channel. To install, slide the clamp into the strut channel and tighten the clamping screw to secure.
304 stainless steel clamps have excellent corrosion resistance and good chemical resistance.
