Also known as vacuum degassing chambers, these remove trapped air from mixtures such as paint and mold resins. The fittings on the hose contain a gasket that allows you to connect the hose to flared fittings.
304 Stainless Steel—304 stainless steel chambers have excellent corrosion resistance and are commonly used in laboratories.
Aluminum—Aluminum chambers are lightweight, corrosion resistant, and good for general use.
PVC—PVC chambers are lightweight and resist corrosion from harsh solvents. Because they’re taller than other containers, they’re often used for applications that require wood stabilization.
Soda-Lime Glass—Soda-lime glass chambers are clear, so the material inside is visible from all angles.
Side-Mount Gauge—Chambers with a side-mount gauge allow you to see the material inside of them when looking from the top.
Acrylic Plastic Lid—Acrylic lids are more durable than glass lids. They’re commonly used to eliminate air bubbles in hard setting materials, such as silicone and polyurethane.
Glass Lid—Glass lids resist corrosion. They’re primarily used to eliminate air bubbles in woodworking projects that use harsh chemicals, which would deteriorate plastic lids. Glass lids are less durable than acrylic lids.
Replacement Lids—Replacement lids do not include hardware or seal.

    Replacements for Vacuum Degassing Chambers

    Vacuum Chambers

Analyze gases, test for leaks, and check the effects of high altitudes on electronic components with these chambers. They remove air and gases to create a space void of molecules. Maximum vacuum is measured in torr. The lower the torr value, the higher the level of vacuum.
    Acrylic Plastic—Standard Relative Vacuum Rating
Image of Product. Front orientation. Vacuum Chambers. Acrylic Plastic—Standard Relative Vacuum Rating.
Acrylic plastic chambers are clear, so the material inside is visible from all angles. Acrylic plastic releases air at a faster rate than steel, so these chambers cannot reach vacuum levels as high as those of stainless steel chambers.
Quick-Clamp Fitting Connection—Quick- and claw-clamp connections allow you to connect and disconnect components easily. The clamps join two flanged ends and a rubber ring. Quick-clamp connections are also known as ISO-KF; you'll need a ring and quick clamp to complete the connection.

304 Stainless Steel—High Relative Vacuum Rating
Image of Product. Front orientation. Vacuum Chambers. 304 Stainless Steel—High Relative Vacuum Rating.
Stainless steel chambers reach and maintain significantly higher vacuum levels than acrylic plastic vacuum chambers, and they work at higher temperatures. They are more chemical resistant than acrylic plastic chambers, making them appropriate for use with lab substances such as acetone and isopropyl alcohol.
Claw-Clamp Fitting Connection—Claw- and quick-clamp connections allow you to connect and disconnect components easily. The clamps join two flanged ends and a rubber ring. Claw-clamp connections are also known as ISO-K; they require a ring and multiple claw clamps to secure.

Image of Product. Front orientation. Vacuum Chambers. 304 Stainless Steel—Ultra High Relative Vacuum Rating.
Flanged Fitting Connection—Flanged fitting connections create a seal that is tighter than clamp connections. Also known as CF connections, the flanges have sharp edges that press into a copper gasket as you tighten the bolts. The tighter seal means chambers with flanged connections can reach a higher vacuum level than chambers with clamp connections. Choose flanged connections for applications that require ultra high vacuum, such as surface analysis experiments.

    Syringe Loading Tanks

Image of Product. Front orientation. Tanks. Syringe Loading Tanks.
Fill syringes quickly without the mess—these tanks use compressed air to push viscous liquid into a syringe. They hold up to a gallon of material, so you can fill many syringes one after another. To fill a syringe, connect a compressed air source to the tank, twist a syringe onto the dispenser, and slowly turn the ball valve. If you’re using a manually powered syringe, check first to make sure the plunger is fully depressed. For air powered ones, check that the stopper is fully inserted.
Monitor the tank’s pressure with a built-in gauge. An included regulator works to hold the tank pressure around the recommended 100 psi. If the pressure gets too high, pull the tab on the release valve. To prolong the life of the material in your tank, you should release the pressure after filling your last syringe.
Cannot Be Sold to Canada—These tanks cannot be sold to Canada due to safety regulations.

    Sanitary Pressurized Liquid Dispensing Tanks

Image of Product. Front orientation. Tanks. Sanitary Pressurized Liquid Dispensing Tanks.
Store and dispense liquids in food, pharmaceutical, and beverage plants—these tanks attach to a compressed air source for use in sanitary environments. A dip tube draws liquid from the bottom of these tanks for dispensing and spraying. They’re made of 316L stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance, and have an electropolished finish that prevents product buildup and bacterial growth. Connect them to valves, hose, and caps with quick-clamp sanitary tube fittings, which are easier to sanitize than threaded fittings. Tanks comply with ASME BPVC.VIII safety standards for pressure vessels.
Cannot Be Sold to Canada—Safety regulations restrict sales to Canada.
