Warning headers indicate a moderately hazardous situation that, if not avoided, may result in death or serious injury. Caution headers indicate a potentially hazardous situation that, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury. Notice headers indicate general instructions for safety.
Signs with a Warning or Caution header meet OSHA 29 CFR 1910.145 safety color standards for indicating hazards. Signs with a Notice header are not OSHA regulated.
