Medium Duty Air-Powered Portable Cutoff Saws
A higher air consumption rating gives these saws more power and allows them to cut for longer periods than light duty cutoff saws. Powered by air, they have more consistent power than battery-powered saws, so they’re less likely to stall out as you cut dense material. Use them for general purpose cutting, such as cutting through bolts and trimming excess metal from installed parts. They’re portable and have a durable composite handle, so you can move them where needed. Use them with abrasive wheels.

Light Duty Air-Powered Portable Cutoff Saws
These economy cutoff saws have a lightweight nylon handle and are for less prolonged use than our medium duty air-powered cutoff saws. Easy to carry and portable, you can take these saws where you need them. They come in handy to cut through materials that have already been installed, such as pipe or tubing. Powered by air, these saws have more consistent power than battery-powered saws, so they’re less prone to bogging down and stalling when cutting. Use abrasive wheels with these saws.

Heavy Duty Air-Powered Portable Cutoff Saws
With twice the horsepower of medium duty saws, these saws cut more quickly and through harder materials. Powered by air, they have more consistent power than battery-powered saws, so they're less likely to stall out as you cut dense material. They’re often used to cut through thick, installed material such as T-slotted framing. Use them with abrasive wheels.
Style B fit in tight spaces—they have a longer reach and use smaller cutoff wheels than Style A.

Compact Cordless Cutoff Saws
At less than 3 lbs., these saws are light enough to use with one hand but powerful enough to cut through rebar. Using an abrasive wheel, they’re often used to cut pipes overhead or in tight spaces. Because they run on batteries, they're great for quick jobs when you don't have an air compressor or outlet. A brushless motor optimizes battery usage, so these saws run longer on a single charge. It also enhances longevity—they run cool and have few moving parts that require maintenance.
Connect the dust hood to a dust collector to keep your workspace clean and remove debris from the air. If you're cutting on a flat surface, the dust hood helps stabilize the saw, making it easier to control the depth of your cut.
Some saws include rechargeable batteries. For other saws, batteries and chargers are sold separately.
Saws with reversible wheel rotation let you switch the wheel's direction to control where it sends sparks and debris.
Saws with a brake come to a stop when you release the trigger, so you can quickly reposition your tool and move on to your next cut.
