Comfort-Grip Reinforced Wire-Core Rope—Not for Lifting

This soft cotton rope with braided construction allows you to grip it tight without it slipping or hurting your hands. The wire core makes it more wear resistant than rope with a fiber core, and it helps the rope keep its shape, so it won’t stretch with repeated use. Rope does not rotate under load.

Note: The safety factor for capacity is 12:1.

Shock-Absorbing Reinforced Wire-Core Rope—Not for Lifting

Often used with pulleys and sheaves, this nylon rope is more wear resistant than cotton, and has more stretch to help compensate for sudden force. The wire core makes it more wear resistant than rope with a fiber core, and it helps the rope keep its shape, so it won’t stretch with repeated use. Rope does not rotate under load.
